I really appreciated my stay. The staff was wonderful. My only issue was the new I went to go buy swimsuits to use the pool and not want to be told me the full was out of service. Overall the place was clean. Notice little things here and there that could have been cleaner. Breakfast was a hotel breakfast not a big deal, it was a hot breakfast though. We enjoyed ourselves.

The beds and pillows were the most uncomfortable I’ve slept on in a long time. Unfortunately, the other guests were extremely loud throughout the night in the hallways and rooms directly next to mine, keeping me up throughout the night.

I booked via your website at approximately 12:20 am for a room at that time. Arrived at hotel within 20 minutes and was told that i could not check in till 3 pm. Front desk Gennifer said that mistake happens all the time as your website automatically books for regular arrival time and not for that midnight hour. She said it could be easily resolved by contacting you. I used the virtual option and chatted with Thalia who said she could resolve the issue. We went back and forth and i provided proof of confirmation, payment and bank proof. Was assured by Gennifer and Thalia that this could be resolved. After 10 hours of air travel plus five hours of driving, both my Goddaughter and I were exhausted. During this time a woman with no pants on shows up asking for a towel. Another woman who appeared to be a sex worker was lingering in the lobby. I am informed that although they can verify that payment was made that i would have to pay for another day in person and that hotels.com would refund my money in 7 to 10 days. The manager would not approve our stay even though payment was made thru third party vendor even and recieved and the delay was due to hotels.com in sending them an virtual approved credit card. A man who was clearly intoxicated begins to argue with front desk as he was not allowed to check in via no stay per manager. I did not feel safe with my goddaughter and did not feel it was acceptable to charge me twice for the same room. Left and stayed at another hotel

When I booked the room I purposely did not book shower only because I have to small boys and I needed a bath tub. They have taken showers before and the experience was horrible every time. When I go to check in the first thing the front desk worker says after she looks up my reservation is that there are no rooms with tubs available. Well there is one but it is not clean and the cleaning crew is gone for the day. She went back to the office to discuss it with her manager. The manager suggested I either take the room with the shower or go somewhere else. I wouldn’t have mind going somewhere else if I had the funds to do so, but it would take 48-72 hours to receive my refund, so me and my family stayed. I tried to bath my boys in the shower and it was awful they were screaming and hollering. Safe to say that the next night they did not take a shower, but I still made sure they were clean. Also, when my husband went to get a soda we could not charge it to our room, we had to pay upfront (usually it’s just taken out of the deposit). We didn’t get a chance to eat breakfast there because we slept in, so I don’t know how the food was. I like they had security in the parking lot to prevent theft. I will never stay at this is hotel again. I hope to find something even better to accommodate my family and I.

The pictures on the website are obviously from when they first opened. Now the neglect of wear and tear is evident in the walls, floors, furniture and fixtures. Not the cleanest and the room was 84* when we first walked in. The noises from the walls and hallways activity made it hard to get any sleep.
