The room was clean and spacious, and the bed was extremely comfortable. Hotel staff was attentive and quick to help when we requested anything. The spa was amazing with helpful staff and skillful massage therapists. We would stay at this hotel again.

The room was spacious, clean and very comfortable. But it was not possible to adjust the AC to higher temperatures, it was cold during whole night. Probably, the hotel technical service made impossible on purpose to making any adjustment.

Property is new and well designed. The area is industrial and next to one of the most busy freeway in Turkey which is mot necessarily a bad thing depending on what you plan to do.

The place is wonderful! The environment is friendly and welcoming, and the entire hotel feels comfortable. Slept like a baby. Would happily leave a 5-star hotel review. Excellent choice for anyone seeking style and comfort.

Excellent hotel, comfortable beds, wonderful showers, good quality towels and linens, fantastic staff offering professional and personalized service! We had 3 rooms for ten days and all very happy with our stay.

I enjoy my stay very much. People that work in this hotel is very nice and responsible and do care about visitors

Azin at the front reception is a gem! Gets me the best available room every time. I always choose this hotel when I’m in Istanbul.

This hotel is in a prime Asian location, exceedingly close to PT metro stations making it very convenient for visitors. I am at a loss as to why its been termed as a four star hotel when in fact the facilities offered are at a minimum 4 ☆ worthy, and could easily pass off as a 5 ☆ hotel. Having stayed at many I can vouch for this. The shower blinds however do need replacing as they afford no privacy which will not be suitable for families. If this hotel isn't for adults only then roman blinds would be the better option in lieu of venetien.
