First night the bar downstairs was so loud that the floor was shaking in the apartment and we could'n sleep. Contacted the office about the noise, they did not reply. Following nights were not so bad. There was NO welcoming bottle of Prosecco as promised, not even one coffee capsule for the coffeemachine, we did NOT get Ticino card which would have saved us a lot of money. The apartment as such was nicely decorated and conveniently located.
