Excellent hotel with great amenities and location is perfect!

Very Clean, non smoking, very friendly staff.

The property location is the best as it is central to a lot of restaurants, transit and tourist sites.

THEY STOLE MY CLOTHE

The hotel staff does not know their parking agreement. They referred us to a specific parking garage where they have a discounted agreement with, when it was time to check out, they give us a hotel card with a signature for the garage to apply the discount. The garage refused to apply the discount as we needed a card from the hotel with a bar code. The garage stated that the hotel only had 25 spaces and that they had run out of spaces. This was not explained to us at check in, we were given the understanding that the special rate was guaranteed. When we claimed the difference at check out, the hotel refused stating that the parking contract was between us and the garage. The Manager, Duarte, claimed there was nothing he could or would do. We will not stay there again because we believe we were mislead intentionally

Great location, nice rooms, excellent service

I loved the room and the friendly staff. The room was big and lovely big shower and the thermostat was great to keep cool and comfortable in the room. The bed was big and the location was excellent to go to eat and at night to go around and hear music and sit in outdoor restaurants and cafes. Loved it!

Great hotel for everything! Transportation, Shopping, Eatery and location!

Swimming pool was not filled. We weee not advised of this. Pool was having remedial building work done as we left. Yet the water temperature was still on show ! Why ?

One of the best hotels I have ever stayed. Staff very friendly, properly dressed. Room was excellent. Very big, comfortable and clean I would never hesitate to stay here again I highly recommend it to picky travelers like me it is worth the price .

Perfect location, centrally located, and metro entrance right outside the door. The hotel itself is clean, well kept, and the hotel room is spacious and bathroom is luxurious. Staff are also attentive, friendly, and helpful!
