The location was the worst for safety

Very friendly staff that were very accomodating of privacy. The room was a good size, but it was very hot during the summer months. There is a small fan that is provided that did help some, but buying another made it more comfortable. The bed was comfortable, and there was good water pressure. The area is a bit outside of the very downtown core (Zocalo), but you can walk there in half an hour without issue. I would stay here again, but likely in a larger room, probably during the cooler months.

El lugar está súper limpio, me encantó, que el personal es súper atento, si es un lugar pequeño, pero al final nuestra visita era rápida, la habitación cuenta con todo lo necesario para descansar, está muy lindo el hotel.

We stayed here because we had a long layover. Room was nice, a little small for our luggage’s. The inside was nice. The gentleman in the front had great customer service.

The place is nice and the staff was always kind and helpful. The room is rather small but also extremely clean and comfortable. The area looks a bit sketchy even if it’s actually very close to Zocalo. It’s not recommended to walk back late at night. Take a Uber instead.

The room wasn’t noise proof at all and I heard people laughing and talking all night

Clean hotel, warm showers, lovely staff. Location was good.

The property is in a good condition, the area is appropriate for people who has business(buy staff for selling in the store). For people going to vacation NOT definitely, it’s too many blocks from zocalo and the streets alone after the store closing. Unsafe por walking people. You need to be inside the property no more than 6 pm.

Excellent. The only challenge is the surrounding area. The streets are deserted after 6:00pm, though the famous landmarks and tourist commercial streets are just a few minutes away on foot.

This was a great stay for the price. The hotel staff was very nice and helpful…always available. The room was good and clean. The area is a little questionable, however, I am very comfortable walking areas in Mexico so I was fine…not everyone may feel the same way though. Would definitely stay at this hotel again.

The neighborhood was very seedy. There were no nearby places to eat. Hotel has a large atrium. Room opened to atrium where there was noise late in the evening and early in the morning.

It was very quiet and clean

This property is located in one of the worst areas of Mexico City. I only spent one night because it was too late, and moved to a different hotel, better location.

Great staff responsiveness. Safe environment and close to Zocalo and Metro. Reasonable value. Recommended and I would stay again.
