Clean place, friendly staff, beach near, kitchen, and walking distance to nice restaurants and to enjoy the sunset and sunrise. Great location

Nearly to the beach. Confortable place

Prtoblem with bill have to pay Chilean Tax of 19% included in Quote of $122.40US Foreigner that pay in US $ do not pay, please correct and CR. to my Acc. Thanks, otherwise you must especify that price does not include all Taxes. We stay another night extra and we Paid only $51US, no Tax. Also what you show in the picture is not what yo get, we requested a proper room and they willingly acomodated us with no problem.

Bathroom had a little of humidity and the tube was a little small, overall it's ok, I would give them 2.9 stars under a 5 stars accommodation ranking. If they solve the bathroom problems and the different rates for solo or couples I think they can reach 3 stars at least for me

I spent 3 days in this place. The location is few meters from a nice beach. The staff is welcoming and professional. The included breakfast is good. But the furnitures and the buildings require a serious update.

This place was disappointing. There is no wifi reception in the room even though we were very close to the reception area. At night there was a pump sound close to the room. We had to call the reception both nights to turn the machine off in order to sleep. The hotel was conveniently located to bars and restaurants along the beach.

Vegasur cabanas are a great spot near La Serena's beach. Although the beach itself is not fantastic, La Serena is still a good seaside destination. Many restaurants nearby offer great food (seafood and meats alike), but the street where Vegasur is located is not fully tarred and was a huge mess after heavy rain overnight. Breakfast is okay, nothing to rave about. Staff are very helpful: kids can play table tennis and soccer for free, and bikes are available for a good ride along the beach to Coquimbo. A side trip to Vicuna on the Elqui Valley is highly advisable if driving.

Everything was fine except for lack of warm water in shower and WiFi only accessible in lobby/restraunt area. Again a fine place to stay but with these dtawbacks. Intelligent english-speaking taxi driver even said it was a good choice.

Very dated rooms (1970s). Awful restaurant. Good grounds. The staff are helpful, but the rooms need total refurbishment. We had an evening meal at the hotel restaurant, but soon regretted it. The food was so salty as to be inedible, the service was non existent until I complained. I would be reluctant to stay here again unless some money was spent on modernising the rooms.

Si muy bueno

La habitación estaba visualmente limpia, los electrodomésticos como cocina y refrigerador parecían de los años 90s pero funcionaban. El refrigerador si al ser viejo emitía mucho ruido que tampoco era la gran molestia, enfriaba bien. Dentro de la estadía me topé con 2 arañas de rincón, no sé si entraron por la ventana o por debajo de la puerta. El agua caliente salía bien por lo que nada que decir todo ok. contaba con jabón, toallas y papel. Le doy 3 estrellas por que si bien funcionaba todo bien, aparecieron esas arañas y las murallas no eran muy gruesas por lo que se escuchaban un poco los vecinos. todo lo demás ok

Me encanto el lugar ,para nosotros fue lo que buscábamos ,tranquilidad ,cercanía a la playa , espacio de recreación en el mismo recinto totalmente recomendable y para repetir las vacaciones en el mismo lugar.

Nos asignaron la pieza nro 42, no se si sean mas precavidos con las cabañas completas pero las toallas que estaban en el baño estaban sucias lo cual encontre impresentable. La ducha acumulaba agua por lo que teniamos que pararla para que no se rebalsara, ademas la manilla de la puerta del baño estaba rota y mi pareja se cortó al abrirla. El lugar en sí era pequeño pero comodo, pero muchas cosas que mejorar. La ubicación es perfecta.

Muy buena estadía! Es un mini departamento para 2 personas en excelente ubicación. Buena limpieza, 10/10 tiene calefactor, hervidor , horno , cocina , frigobar, etc.

Pasamos solo una noche en el hotel, perfecto como hotel de paso, el desayuno bastante completo , normal, el café estaba muy aguado, eso fue lo único que no me gusto La habitación muy cómoda la cama amplia y la limpieza excelente.sabanasy toallas muy bien.tambien tiene cocina.
