We stayed here because it's a stone's throw from the Lugnuts ballpark. The hotel was amazing. A bar and restaurant. Clean spacious comfortable room. Amazingly friendly staff. HIGHLY recommended!

Pool was down, breakfast was bad, no hot shower

The location was great for a Lugnuts baseball game. I would not have felt safe walking alone at night outside the hotel. I feel it was overpriced.

Came for an out of town cheer event, the guest in the room Next door were very loud during the Kate hours of the night. I called the front desk 3 different times informing the front desk that the room next door was still loud and kept waking up my family. The stay was not enjoyable.

Clean and modern, conveniently location next to grocery store and restaurant inside. Half a mile to the statehouse and shopping/dining.

You had to load an app to pay for parking. I would rather parking be added to my bill than download Another parking app.

Awful check-in experience Staff NOT friendly toward me (Hispanic) Not welcoming, did not offer me water like she did to other people. Only one person in the lobby She was very very lazy, took for ever with each person in line. NOT FRIENDLY TOWARDS ME AT ALL.

Fantastic front desk staff. Great location and super comfy beds.

For the price of the hotel they was no free parking had to pay extra no free breakfast so yea not happy

Staff said we no-showed after I checked in o line and then didn’t make it there that night. We came in the morning and said we no-showed and our room was cancelled. Issued us a “new room”

I was very comfortable here! However, when I tried to take a shower at 7 AM, the water pressure was super low and the temperature ranged from ice cold to super hot. I set the temperature to hot and got a little bit cold and then hot again. It was very confusing for me. Otherwise very satisfied with my stay!

Super close to walkable attractions in the Lansing area, especially the event we attended at Lugnuts stadium. The only complaint was that there was some staining on the wallpaper in the bathroom that looked like something was sprayed on it. This is our 3rd stay in this hotel and the only time I noticed something like this so it was strange and stood out to me.

The price started out at $87 per night online. That became $107, which we expected for tax and fees. Then we added $10 per person for breakfast since they was not continental breakfast. When we arrived, there was no record of us purchasing breakfast. When we got that straightened out we found out it was just a credit towards breakfast, and only covered about half the cost. Then we had to pay $16.50 per night to park. So the $87 stay quickly became more than $150.
