Very nice hotel in a good location

Excellent staff and very clean rooms

The rooms are very quiet and clean. The staff are very accommodating and will address any room related concerns. Bedding and towels are replaced every 3 days during your stay.

We had a very good time at this property! Husband and wife team were the best and so friendly! A must stay and many bars, restaurants etc around this hotel! Clean, modern and most importantly, super quiet

Excellent small hotel there everyone is local and friendly it sits right across from Kaiserslautern’s famous Fruchthalle, a beautiful building used for cultural events, all right in the old town. The area is lovely, with plenty to do and lots of food options. Highly recommended!

Friendly professional staff at a very central walk friendly location

Very friendly and efficient staff. Clean room and convenient location.

My only problem was that I could not control the temperature in the room. Way too hot at night and hard to sleep

Quick and easy checkin, very clean and nicely decorated

Very basic level, one or two stars, definitely not three. Not worth the high price tag. Lobby not staffed in the evening. Not recommended for single women travellers. Also first room we got had no door in front of bathroom, second had frosted glass door. Not ideal for room sharing.

Beautiful hotel

They were very accomodating when we asked for late check out. The place was very clean. Breakfast has a lot of options and they make your eggs fresh for you.

great hotel with a outstanding staff

It was in the middle of Kaiserslautern or like the locals call it K town we visited almost each bar around the area and restaurant they have a big shopping mall near by just a few blocks from the hotel, everything you need they have it the hotel was so clean and beautiful and the AC worked great had the best stay in a hotel here, they even offer breakfast for a small fee!!! Loved it they deserved a 5 Star, they also had a musical festival on the last weekend we were there and it was so much fun in town loved K town and Art hotel staff is superb 🤷🏻‍♀️❤️❤️❤️

Small but very functional room, very kind and helpful staff, great breakfast, and I loved the small private courtyard in the back - a great place to relax and read a book on a nice day.

This hotel is a 15 minute walk from the Kaiserslautern Hbf. Lots of restaurants and shopping right outside your door, very convenient. Staff doesn't work 24/7, but they did contact us before our visit and we had no trouble checking in. Room was large by European standards, we had a main sitting area and a bedroom which could be closed off by a sliding, frosted glass door. Air conditioning was great for the hot July days, room was clean and neat. Quiet too. Did not have breakfast here, but it is offered. Gummi bears on the bed each night was a fun touch.

The hotel is nice but no one works on weekend after 1300.
