Brilliant hotel very centrally located with bright,modern services. Perfect for a Ghent city break

Very central location, perfect for exploring Ghent

Located close to city centre and to tram stop. Very helpful young desk staff. Everything works. Comfortable bed and good simple continental breakfast (though neither quite up to Premier Inn standard). Excellent shower. One criticism: room design should make better use of space. There's a real lack of shelving; a couple staying for a week has to live out of a suitcase.

A couples holiday in Ghent. This hotel is very well placed in the city, near all main sites and tram stations. Hotel staff were friendly and courteous. Breakfast is great in a nice large room with a view onto the street. Good for people watching. We'd recommend staying here.

Great location for the main tourist sights. Convenient luggage storage. Breakfast basic but tasty.

Very well located for the centre of Ghent. Trams T1 or T3 get you there from the station and there’s a short four minute walk from the tram stop. Room was basic and compact but very clean and in great condition. Bed was comfortable and the air-conditioning worked very well. Bathroom is very modern too. We appreciated that they could provide gluten-free bread at breakfast and the cold water dispenser in the lobby is a nice touch.

Location is very good. Check-in staff was not as friendly as I would like. But, check-out staff member was very good. A little pricy for the services.

Lovely hotel. Check in was seamless and the room was spacious and clean! Bed was super comfortable. Loved it.

Nice location and nice room. However it’s a small room and we didn’t get room service overnight. Also had to pay to store our luggage in a locker in the hotel.

Brilliant location. Spotless. Friendly reception staff, efficient check in/out. Very comfortable bed quiet room. Shower head broken, didn’t stay up! New style coffee machine, simple to use once shown but struggled initially. Would definitely recommend and use again. Thank you.

Location was very good. Not much on amenities (no facial tissue, no wash cloths, no ice bucket).

Hotel is modern and conveniently located. The surrounding area is safe. Hotel room is spacious with large bathroom and adequate amenities. Would stay here again!

Really good location right in the centre, a few steps from the rivers and canals. Very good breakfast and coffee, tea and water available in reception

Fantastic location and very friendly staff. I got bitten a few times during the night which made things uncomfortable and the breakfast area was very crowded due to large groups. But overall it was a pleasant stay.
