Hard complaints! Ordering using the application that I usually use and I feel comfortable but what happened was not what I experienced, I booked on the application, but why did I have to tell me to download another application and I really complained about: 1. In the usually easy check-in process became complicated and difficult.- I waited for the agent from the apartment who rented the apartment to deliver the key and access card.- I was required to download the Travelio application.- I was required to pay a deposit and had to transfer if I couldn't cash but in some ways that I think is a waste of time me because I was there I wanted to rest immediately but what was difficult was from Travelio. - after arriving the room there was no: # tissue. # the bed linen was not clean and there were lots of spots and strands of hair and it was just cleaned or replaced in about 2 hours .# no water heater.# the bed (wooden bed) was broken making sleeping very uncomfortable.# quite difficult road access.# card access that cannot be used at all.- when checking out: I was informed that the key and access card should be stored in the mail box in the lobby but there was no mail box at all until I turned the apartment around and there was no mail box after 20 minutes, it was reported that it was stored in the room and then in the photo, I think when I stay it will be comfortable because I need to rest but what I get is like this. Unfortunately I used the application but there it turned out to be using travelio. My advice, please fix it and if the room is not feasible and there is damage to the bed, please don't rent it out and about deposits, if you can't transfer, please make it easier to pay cash. Please fix it. Note: I don't want my deposit money to be returned for too long because I feel uncomfortable. Thank you
