Absolutely loved my stay and the location was amazing. I will say that due to the carpark being quite small (only fit fiat 500s etc), the staff were really friendly and helpful in finding other car parks at walking distances

We loved this hotel! It’s clean, spacious, and well equipped. . Also the best breakfast and professional staff. The rooftop restaurant has great food and a nice atmosphere. The location was good and we had no trouble parking on the street within a 10 minute walk. They do have a garage but the entrance is very narrow and the surrounding streets are not easy to drive on, also very narrow with many pedestrians. I recommend parking on a side Street and taking a short walk to the hotel. We parked every night in from of the Biblioteca and had no problems, Look forward to visiting again.

Excellent value for money, with the added bonus of a prime location. I suggest arranging an agreement with the plaza's parking garage, as the on-site parking is extremely small and narrow.

Nice hotel - very clean - very comfortable bed and great shower. A bit noisy at weekends, but fine on other nights. Great central location. TV not great - limited channels which sometimes didn’t have great reception. Screen mirroring function didn’t work during our stay. Pool more decorative as very shallow - not one for swimming in. Overall a really good hotel that does the important things right.

Our room was beautiful, well lit and nicely appointed. We appreciated the small round table with two chairs (so often there’s only one) and individually controlled lights on each side of the bed. The open air (so to speak) closet is well conceived. Two (overhead locker sized) roller board suitcases, when opened, fit perfectly side by side on the low shelf. Drawers below provide ample space for those who wish to unpack. And, the space below that is perfect for shoes. We also appreciated “quiet” HVAC. The roof deck lounge is quite nice. Pool water could use some heat and the lounges don’t have much of an upright position option. But, throw pillows from nearby sofas work to make the lounges more comfortable for reading. The view from the deck is lovely! We did not opt for breakfast, as we chose to explore cafes. But, the morning spread looked delicious as we walked by. The hotel location is perfect for all sorts of activities…walking, catching a bus, taking a taxi or meeting a guide. All-in-all, we would stay here again in a heartbeat!

Notre chambre etait collé sur un ilot qui montait jusqu au toit . Alors la musique du roof-est a résonné jusqu a 1h am . Ce fut vraiment impossible de dormir . Soirée dédommagement de la part de l hotel.

Parfait bien situé dans le centre ville

Staff were v professional upon arrival and helpful. The hotel is next to a lovely square and amenities are very close by. There is a gym for the super models and a nice restaurant for the rest of us. A short walk (20 mins) to the port if you’re catching the cruise liner and a 20min walk to the bus station to go anywhere on the island. Clean and up to date. They have a sister hotel in Gran Canaria, the class runs through the hotels.

Everything was excellent except that they would not even grant me a one-hour checkout extension.

Clean comfortable room, good breakfast, good location for shopping, good price point. A little hard to find in the maze of streets!

From the moment that we arrived until the moment that we checked out our stay at this hotel was spectacular. The staff allowed us to leave our luggage with them before check-in time and everyone there should be recommended for their level of professionalism and courtesy and making us feel very welcome. The next time that we are in Tenerife, we will definitely be staying at that hotel

A week at Marriott Ténérife. We usually stay at Hilton properties, but chose this hotel due to the lack of a Hilton in the area. Unfortunately, we could really notice the difference. In terms of the property itself, cleanliness, rooms, and breakfast style, there isn’t much difference. However, where this hotel falls short is in the service—particularly at reception. We are very down-to-earth people, but being pointed at and told, in effect, to “get it yourself” does not feel like good service. That said, there was one standout member of staff—a lady with glasses who checked us in on the first day and kindly provided us with a beach towel. You were absolutely fantastic 👍 Housekeeping was consistently attentive, and the real highlight of our stay was the breakfast team. They work tirelessly every morning, making the experience feel special. Credit also goes to the chefs—you’re amazing too. This may not be our last stay, but unfortunately, it wouldn’t be our first choice next.

Breakfast menu is vey comprehensive, with hot items cooked to order. Lovely large comfortable dining area overlooking views to the outside. Hotel has the front, cruise docking area, shops, many delightful bars and restaurants within a short walking distance. Rooms are well sized and cleaned, and all staff are welcoming. Roof bar and pool a bonus, also serves a wide variety of drinks, cocktails and food to order.
