We really appreciated the early check-in and the service throughout was excellent. We also really enjoyed breakfast which had lots of options. We are looking forward to staying at their Paris branch again next month.

The room was very quiet and faced the back so no street noise. The room was very clean. The style and decor meant that the room wasn’t very private for 2 friends staying as the divider was wooden and see through. This would be fine for couples. We paid extra for access to the Club Lounge. This was great for soft drinks, coffee and a snack. The aperitif snack was disappointing as it wasn’t very fresh. We didn’t have breakfast at the hotel, instead we opted to go to the local bakery. The breakfast looked disappointing and repetitive.

It was a nice spacious room but our bathroom was really weird. I don’t know if it’s because we were given an assessible room but shower had no door and water was all over the place. Also please add a real bathroom door. It’s all see through. Staff was very nice, the property was very clean, the lounge was very nice.

The snack is a joke. They allow one small plate per person

It’s a nice enough place with a lounge to get coffee. sweets and in the evening a little cold meat/ dip plate. You can purchase drinks. Only downside was that rooms were cold and heating was off even though it was raining and chilly. And there was only one towels per person. Environmentally friendly yes but customer friendly maybe not.

Hotel was great! Great location, very very, comfortable bed and linens. Loved the 24 hr free coffee etc availability and complementary snacks! They even had complimentary Happy hour snacks! Rooms are small but typical in most of France!

Brilliant hotel and really good value, the only little downside was the bar that’s not really a conventional bar but plenty of places around to have a drink or two!

The hotel was beautiful, clean, and the staff were very helpful. They helped with check in and held our bags the next day while we explored the city. The food and drink were good and the room had everything we needed.
