Room was clean, hallways not maintained in terms of cleanliness. Feels like they are pretty short staffed. Lobby, on the other hand, was spotless. The fit was center is pretty much worthless with no machines or cables and only dumbbells to 35lbs. There is a larger chain gym just down the road within walking distance. I'd likely get a day pass next time.

Au 5ième étage, il y a eu une famille avec de jeunes enfants qui jouaient au hockey dans le passage. A 21h00 j’ai du sortir de la chambre pour les aviser. À 7h00 le lendemain matin, la partie de hockey a recommencé. Ils tiraient littéralement leur balle de kockey-ball sur les murs et sur les portes des chambres… et les « bons parents » les lissaient faire. Aucun savoir-vivre.

Rien n’était inclus. Pas de parking inclus, mes grands terrains, vide arrière, déjeuner, payant, salle de réception à louer seulement.!!!!!

My wife and I were visiting Laval for the first time to attend the Carlos Vivis concert. It was also our first time staying at this hotel. We loved the hotel. The room was extremely clean, and well laid out. The area was quiet. The hotel was a 8 minute drive to Place Bell. The staff were extremely helpful and bilingual. We highly recommend staying here and we will definitely book another room next time we are in Laval.

Did not know the parking wasn’t free. I parked out side in uncovered lot.
