Very trendy hotel that was functional and comfortable. Staff where great and in a nice location.

Relaxed

Nice place, good if you want to be a short walk from the action.

Great location and close to the train station. TV didn’t work, but we were moved to another which also had a better view. The only other problem has was on check out when a meeting room fee had been added to our, which we had not booked or used. This was then deducted from the bill.

Very friendly and comfortable

Hotel room was clean with modern amenities. My only significant complaint - there was no real desk, just a small table, and the "chair" associated with it was a small cushion with no back. It was not the most comfortable for doing computer work. The bed was comfortable. The bathroom was nice - good water pressure in the shower, and the shower head was tall enough for me (I am 6'2").

This was our second stay. Last time we appeared to be above the kitchens with associated for slamming. This time we were further away and it was very peaceful. The room was very well laid out and comfortable. Lots of interesting things going on in and around the hotel. Parking can be problematic but we arrive late and leave early, so not a problem for us.

Fantastic shower, nice water view, good quality free cappucino in the morning. The mattresses were comfortable but very light weight. Even with the heat turned off, the room was still too warm for my sleeping comfort. Friendly and helpful staff

Parking was more problematic than I was expecting. It was difficult to regulate the temperature of the room such that it was too hot. With a room on the first floor above the kitchens, there was a lot of load noises that made it difficult to get to sleep.

We really enjoyed the stay, specially the welcome offer, a drink while checking in was great and not just a glass of water but a gin tonic….. definitely going back there!!!!

Great atmosphere on arrival. Rooms are basic but clean and fun. Great location, next to the bike hire centre, station and only 10 mins walk into the town centre. Would definitely stay again.

It was very relaxed and calm. Very central to the main areas.

Overall an okay hotel, limited food choices and restaurants are taxi rides so not convenient. Allowing pets into the bar/food area was not really hygienic or considerate to customers who may have a phobia with animals.

Crisp, professional service, impeccably clean room and facility, and very conveniently located with the train station literally right across the street. A leisurely walk I to the town center takes no more than 15 mins and the neighborhood along the way is pleasant to be in in it's own right. I was happy I chose this place. Highly recommended.

The location of the hotel was convenient, 10-15 minute walk to the old town. The room was clean and the bed was comfortable. The only drawback - the ventilation was so annoyingly loud (with no option to turn it off) that my husband couldn't sleep.

Nice hotel just shower is a bit weak and a little noisy from other rooms but this may have just been for our stay. Friendly helpful staff and lovely location.
