Very centrally located , 4 min walk to the Plaza of Bernal . Quiet place , typical Mexican Colors and rooms. Extremely friendly staff , very helpful.

The suite we stayed in was beautiful. It had a spectacular view of La Peña. The little attached balcony was perfect for sitting out. Very clean place. Walking distance to everything. They only provide breakfast on the weekends. They do provide instant coffee packets, but you have to request hot water from the staff. Not a big deal unless you like your coffee early in the morning. We had to wait until about 9am, when restaurants open, to get breakfast/coffee. One deal breaker for us for was the bed. It was like sleeping on a board. Absolutely uncomfortable. I'm just glad we only stayed 2 nights. If it wasn't for the bed, I would have loved to stay longer.

Based on a single excellent review we decided to try our luck and we were rewarded with a lovely stay in the most beautiful and spacious suite of this hotel: Room el Cielito Lindo, which has a terrace with a fantastic view of the Bernal peak. Only a few minutes walk from the village square where you can buy the best Mexican cheeses and sample local delicacies. Very attentive staff and highly recommended

El servicio, tardaron mucho en hacer el check in, no dan ni 10 min de tolerancia para salir, no son muy amables, limpiar mejor las habitaciones

El lugar está súper bonito, cerca de todo, no tiene estacionamiento pero afuera es muy seguro. Las personas que nos atendieron súper mega amable. Lo recomiendo mucho.

El techo de la habitacion estaba con telaraña, no tiene estacionamiento . Y a las 5 de lamañana nos despertaron con este mensaje de whats: Chicos soy la muchacha del hotel, Les quería pedir de favor miren realmente está prohibido lo que realizamos si pueden salir ustedes y cerrar ustedes el zaguán cuando se retiren para no tener ningún problema. Ya no pudimos dormir y luego nos dijeron que fue un error que era para otros huéspedes.

Para ocupar por primera vez el estacionamiento no había personal disponible para indicarnos dónde estaba y que nos.diera acceso. Posteriormente hubo personal para dar acceso al estacionamiento de manera normal. Muchas gracias.
