The room was lovely and the bed was incredibly comfortable!! Most important, the staff was fantastic and extremely helpful and friendly. Each staff member went out of their way to offer advice and answer our questions about getting around Copenhagen.

Great hotel at a very reasonable price. Clean, very friendly staff, and comfortable. The location is beautiful too.

The room was nice. Although, we had miscommunication with the receptionist at check-in, causing us to miss the breakfast hours that we had paid upfront for. We don’t know whether this was a language barrier or staff being unaware of their own hours, but it was unfortunate to have lost out on the breakfast and the money we spent on it!

Very welcoming and polite front desk staff. Room had the most perfect view, too! Very clean and spacious - exceptionally quiet all night, which was appreciated after the long travel day.

Heart-warming Danish hospitality! Excellent size room, lovely calming decor, very comfortable bed and amazing view across the canal.

The stuff were really friendly and helpful. The breakfast was also really enjoyable.

We loved the location. The room was comfortable - albeit tight quarters, but very practical and, as expected, very well designed. In the end, there was plenty of room for the two of us and all of ouir stuff. The people at the front desk could not have been more helpful! Especially our night desk person, Miriam. She helped us navigate Copenhagen!

Staff was wonderful and room was great. A bit hot and was difficult to adjust temperature.

Clean, well-appointed and well-lit warm room with decent sound-proofing. Friendly staff. Very good breakfast. Peaceful hotel with an almost-unbeatable location. Also, although there was no kettle or fridge in my room, there is a (free) tea and coffee machine in the lounge.

The waterfront location of the hotel is absolutely awesome - right in the iconic area of Nyhavn. It was so easy to get anywhere in Old Town and we did! The people at the front desk were amazing! They were always friendly and ready to help with any situation!

Nice space, great location

Amazing hotel on top of the heartbeat of Copenhagen. Right on the canal in Ny Havn. Got in very early (4 hours) got me in early at 12( check in is at 1500) mainly just to sleep as we were out and about the whole time. But close to everything. Will come back to only this hotel in the future.

Miriam at the front desk was very helpful. The coffee and tea in the lobby were a nice touch. It would have been nice to be able to refill a water bottle to reduce plastic waste. Location was awesome - especially for the St Lucia kayak parade.

The people on reception are lovely and really helpful. They even text us to let us know our room was ready early. We were very grateful after a very early start to our day. Lovely hotel in a fabulous location.

Nice and clean

The location was ideal. It was within walking distance of the train station and shopping center. We had a breathtaking views of Nyhavn canal.
