Food in restaurant was excellent

The hotel was in a very nice location walking distance to many shops and restaurants. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Our room was spacious and had everything we needed. The bed was especially comfortable. When we were a little too warm, the front desk provided a fan, which was perfect. The breakfast was excellent. We had dinner one night at the hotel and it was also delicious.

Absolutely loved this hotel. The hotel itself is modern and well-appointed. Staff is super friendly and accommodating. The restaurant food quality is superior. Hotel is well located and central to all the major sites. Bravo!

While the hotel was first class in most directions, the room was very small at $600/night. The bathroom had no bars for safety. The staff was Friendly and helpful. A good breakfast. Great location.

We loved our stay at Reykjavik Saga. Can’t wait to go back and will definitely stay here again. Everyone was so nice, the breakfast was amazing, and the hotel is beautiful. We slept great and it was central to pretty much everything we wanted to do during our 3 day stay.

Not a pleasant experience. The bed was very uncomfortable. Turning the lights on and off was difficult while still being able to have power to charge your phone. I would never stay there again. It was also very expensive. At most 3 stars.

Great location in the city of Reykjavík. Very clean and well-sized rooms and excellent breakfast make this a top choice among the hotels in the area.

This was our favorite hotel in Reykjavik after 2 trips. Rooms are good size, Nespresso, air conditioning, good town view, lovely staff, best breakfast offered and it was included! Several types of breads, many sweets, lots of fresh fruit, several types of salmon, hot choices, anything you can think of. By check in, the have a nice assortment of liquors / snacks to buy to take to your room, nice bar, wonderful restaurant for dinner. Easy check in / out. We will be back!
