Excellent hotel.

It's a very good hotel. Great location with loads of restaurants arround and in a walking distance to city center.Service was friendly and professional. Our room were good size, bright, airy and comfortable. On the last night, there were a little issue with the light but hotel staff sorted it out straight away and even gave us complimentary drinks for the inconvenience. The only thing that could be improved is breakfast. Food was a bit over cook and coffee quality coud be a bit better which is pity. Overall it was still a great stay?

Fantastic. Great perks for gold members, wonderful service, heavily discounted parking. My only gripe is I did find some rogue hairs on the bathroom floor and on my duvet (i have short hair, these were long, so definitely not mine)

Hotel was very clean and quiet. Our room was located on the 10th floor directly across from the elevators, which we did not hear at all.

A firm favourite - my booking choice in Glasgow. Rooms are clean and comfortable. Good location for Glasgow city centre.

Great location at the top end of the city centre. Check in and out online with no fuss and no issues. Comfortable room and good buffet breakfast. Convenient for all transport links and attractions.

Left my new kindle in room and it was never found even thought I phoned that day to report, hotel is nice, rooms are lovely and beds very comfortable but my kindle not being found when there is nowhere else it could have been was disappointing and has left me reluctant to stay at the hotel again even though it’s been my first choice for a couple of years now

Had another overnight stay,fab hotel,great breakfast,super comfy bed,shower was great, our go to hotel in Glasgow,perfect location 😀

Very close to buchanan bus station. Was caught in a pinch because of the rain so the rental umbrella service for 48 hours was much appreciated.
