Loved the location. Everything was clean and functional, but the room decor is a bit dated (that's the only downside). Breakfast was included and it was quite good, including espresso and even sparkling wine and ice cream.

Great location--near everything in Tartu.

Nice retro hotel close to main square. Only issue the entrance way is very dsrk when coming from sunny outside my husband missed the last step and fell. Perhaps you could put reflective tape on the top and bottom step. Partly his fault as well he had sun glasses on. Everyting was great lovley breakfast even beer and Gelato on offer.

Good breakfast, close to attractions

Very nice stay, only for one night but convenient location. Slightly aging building but not bad at all, I probably would not have noticed much apart from the notice in the room! Breakfast was excellent, good combination of European and American style, with automatic cappuccino maker.

Everything was great. Wonderful breakfast, and a good location for new tourists to the city.

The hotel is just outside the main shopping area, but within east waling distance. Transport links are within a 15-20 minute walk from the bus or train stations. The hotel bedroom was spacious, with enough storage for clothing. The amenities within the room, were good including the size of the television and a good coffee making machine. The queen size bed was a little soft for my liking, but still comfortable for a 2 night stay. The bathroom had a bath with a shower over the bath, which was a bonus as some rooms only have a shower. One problem we did have within the bathroom was a faint smelling odour coming from the drain. The hotel did a very good selection of food at breakfast, ranging from continental cold meats, cheeses to cooked eggs, sausage, bacon and mushrooms. There was also a good selection of breads as well as pastries, along with hot and cold drinks. Overall a very pleasant stay and would use the hotel again if visiting Tartu.

We really enjoyed our stay at this hotel. It’s located a short walk from major attractions and around the corner from lots of restaurants and bars. Our room was very spacious and comfortable. The breakfast buffet had a large selection of freshly made food in a room with lots of seating. I’d definitely stay here again.

Pros: The location is the best in Tartu. The breakfast was also very good. Cons: The bathroom had a constant smell of raw sewage and the toilet had black stains. The room could really use an update. The bed was broken down and not so comfortable.

Great location in the old town. Lots of restaurants etc nearby. A bit of noise from the street but the hotel provides earplugs and I slept well.

Good hotel with great breakfast. Room furnitures are old and toilet bowl has persistent stains. Be more considerate for wheelchair visitors.

The stay in this hotel was good, the only thing I would like to say is that one night, late in the night, almost 2:00 am, there was a man playing an accordion and was really annoying.

Great location right in the center of downtown. We stayed during a weeknight so we didn’t experience the noise from bars that other reviews mentioned. The hotel has a nice design, helpful staff, and a very nice breakfast.

The front door of hotel is not easy to notice from street. Inside, there is no lobby, just a check-in desk. But the staff is friendly and helpful.
