It was a love and hate relationship. The room was great! Very modern and spotless! But the staff wasn't kind enough, and the worst part was the Wi-Fi didn't connect for 3 nights! Yes, I bought my own Softbank card, but while the Wi-Fi was broken, at the same time I also couldn't use my Softbank properly. I don't know why. So yes, for 3 nights after I got back to my room, I was like living in a cave. I did complain, but the staff was like, ‘yeah, can't help’ with no apology. They gave me a free drink, but after 2 nights in a row, you want connectivity, not free bland tea. The location was at Tanukikoji, but it was on the last section and old Tanukikoji.
