Very friendly staff and clean room. Extremely comfortable bed. Heated floors in bathroom were amazing. Mohammad and the front desk staff were very helpful. Loved having 3 people open the doors every time. Felt like royalty. Thanks.

Room was spacious and very clean. Very comfy bed and lovely shower and bathroom products. Dog friendly and super helpful staff

The rooms are beautifully designed and the heated bathroom floors feel wonderful after a day wandering in the damp winter. The first floor rooms get very little light and require that you use the blackout curtains To sleep because the restaurant lights outside the window are on all night but the staff was gracious and kind and found me another room with natural light to change to. The Library and the restaurant are both very special places with excellent cocktails and gorgeous teas. It’s a wonderful place to spend time, not just to sleep.

The building is beautiful, the superior rooms are spacious with elegant bathrooms, and the staff are the epitome of customer service. This should be the place to stay for anyone attending opera, ballet, or theatre.

The team at the property are simply outstanding. Niall, Umberto, Davide and Luigi in particular!!! Look forward to returning.

Welcoming and helpful staff, beautiful room, excellent location for opera, ballet, and theatre, and outstanding restaurants within walking distance.

Staff is amazing; rooms are spotless and towels are replaced constantly. Very quiet hotel — and in one of the busiest parts of London too!
