The staff and amenities are good at this location, no complaints there. We did find that the building is a little run down but clean, age doesn’t always determine where we stay, only that it’s clean and safe and it was. Pool needs an upgrade but is different than others we have been to, good to experience. We would consider staying again in the future, but it does need some TLC…

Room could have been updated. Bottle water advisory during our visit. No street parking as street cleaning. Very difficult to find as no signage anywhere off Highway # 16. Seasonal so lots of places were closed. However, the pool was fantastic.

Enjoyed our one night and day stay. Loved the pool, the restaurant. The vibe is relaxing. Would love to go back in the summer and take in the town.

I strongly advise against staying in Manitou Springs Resort. Travelling with family and friends, we booked two rooms and experienced an unprecedented low in Canadian hospitality. 1. Hostile Check-In: Arriving early, we met cold, curt staff. We were deliberately pushed to the back of the line and denied keys until exactly 4 PM—potentially discriminated against for booking via Expedia. Strict check-in times are fine; an unwelcoming attitude is not. 2. Substandard Rooms & Neglect: One room had a broken window. Management knew about it but never disclosed it or offered a room change, forcing me to urgently demand maintenance to fix it. The rooms fall well below Saskatchewan standards, featuring tiny TVs and mismatched, spare-looking chairs with no decent seating. Furthermore, this 116-room hotel relies on a single elevator, posing major safety compliance and wait-time issues. 3. Powerless Management: The "General Manager" introduced to us was a mere scapegoat with zero authority to fix issues. Locals confirmed the property suffers from constant internal disputes, and the current management is only two months old. They are coasting on a monopoly due to their mineral pool. However, I recommend staying somewhere else and buying a day pass if you want to enjoy the pool. Honestly, if you have ever experienced the mineral pool in Moose Jaw, this one will disappoint you anyway seeing how it has been managed.

The beds are comfy . The pool water is vary deluded it’s not as good as it’s been in the past. It’s supposed to be a slightly green and brown colour but it looks like pool water. Plus when you float in the water you sink deeper than you usually do that’s how you can tell it’s deluded, plus you used to have salt on you and you had to shower it off not any more. So all the good things in the past are going away. New owners we heard.!!!!

The mineral pools were warm and relaxing. Everything is in one place (hotel, pools, restaurants, and a gift shop), so no need to go anywhere else on a cold May long weekend.
