This was the perfect combination of location, amenities, and value. Loved that we had a full kitchen and living area so that we could relax after long days of touring. The restaurant and included breakfast were very good and the staff was friendly and helpful. Highly recommend

The hotel is centrally located and within walking distance to the train station. The staff were very responsive and helpful. Breakfast was outstanding. We would highly recommend this accommodation.

The hotel is perfectly located, new and stylish. The rooms are spacious. However, problems with room cleaning and miscommunication with the staff- got repeatedly overcharged at the breakfast an had to address the staff again and again to receive the refund. Got unnecessarily delayed at the checkout by the staff, almost missing the taxi. Overall a good stay, but room for improvement.

Great hotel in great location

Amazing accommodations in a great part of Prague. If visiting for more than a couple of days it's nice to have the accommodations of a studio apartment.

Very clean and the location was excellent. It is within easy walking distance of most of the important sights of Prague. Upscale shopping all around.

We stayed in the one bedroom apartment for a week with our 6 month old baby, and really loved the place. The apartment is very spacious, which is important when coming with kids and all their equipment. So much more comfortable and practical than a small hotel room. The kitchen is well equipped with everything you need, and in general the design is very clean and modern. Room cleaning is available on demand, so we requested it every other day and the results were great. Also you can request drinking water to your room whenever you need it. There is even a washer and dryer available for free for guests, though we ended up not needing it. We were worried it would be noisy, but due to good insulation, the apartment is very quiet at all times. The reception operators were very nice and helpful, doing their best to assist us, even with problems during the night shift. Breakfast remains pretty similar each day, but it's a nice selection (though the hot dishes weren't always very hot) even for those that don't eat meat - they made us our own eggs benedict each morning without the meat it is served with. The location of the hotel is amazing, walking distance to most areas you want to visit, and near the metro and tram lines to take you anywhere else (even with a baby) - and yet the hotel itself is on a more quiet street, out of the hassle. To sum up, we highly recommend staying at OREA Place Seno, and coming to Prague in general!

Everything was great, location, breakfast and room size. Really a great find, so happy we booked this room. Minutes from everything and a beautiful hotel.

Communicating with the hotel was very easy and seamless. Our request for airport shuttle from the airport to the hotel and from the hotel to the airport was granted. Our drivers were very professional and prompt. The area itself is within 10 minutes walking from Old Town Square and the train station. It is also a less than five minute walk to the mall. There was construction during our stay but it was not audible from inside the hotel. The hotel is a quiet place to relax. The staff go above and beyond the call of duty e.g. providing directions and one staff member always had my favourite tea ready then minute I sat down for breakfast. The apartment had everything we need ie stove, fridge, dishwasher and microwave. Overall it was a very pleasant stay and I would definitely stay here again if I visit Prague.

Thank you very much. It was an absolutely lovely stay. I enjoyed staying in the nice one bedroom flat, Rituals shower gel & shampoo, coffee and pretty much everything in the property. Breakfast was very nice too. I would highly recommend.

An absolutely fabulous place to stay. The 2 bedroom apartment was spacious and immaculate, and located in the heart of town. The staff was extremely helpful and thoughtful, anticipating needs and responding immediately to requests. Buffet breakfast every day was great and we didn’t have to waste time looking for a place to start the day. We couldn’t have been happier about our choice and would highly recommend it to anybody.

Lovely place, very central in the Old Town. The room and overall hotel were both modern and clean, the staff were friendly and helpful and the breakfast was delicious. I did find it strange that making up a room was only done on request even for a 3 night stay. Even when we did ask it wasnt done and so we had to ask for fresh towels and do without any cleaning during our stay. Bottled water out of reusable bottles is provided but we had to go down daily to get these refilled. Great stay overall and would definitely book again and recommend.

Stayed at the Orea Place for 5 nights with wife and 3 year-old in a 1 bed apartment. Room was comfortable, spacious and very clean. The staff were friendly and the hotel generally is a very pleasant environment to be in. Breakfast was lovely but one small criticism would be the 8am start - this is fine for weekends but would expect a bit earlier on weekdays. Maybe this is just standard in Prague but I had some early appointments while staying so wasn't ideal. Also children often up from 6am so would have been good if it was available earlier. Location of the hotel was fantastic. Overall a very enjoyable stay.
