My stay was incredible! I will definitely be back.

It was beautifully decorated, however, the rooms could have been cleaner Inside toilets, Grout in tiles, Hair in sink and shower. And I've noticed that hotels nowadays will know how many will be in the room and still give you towels for 2 ppl, lol. If it was cleaner it would have easily been a 4. The location is amazing and walkable with plenty of eating options and a local/modern flair. Overall, we enjoyed our stay.

The best hotel in Merida for a family holiday and a very peaceful stay.

There is no hot water, while the staff was great and the facilities clean and appealing, plus free parking, if you like hot water for a shower, this place is not right for you. We callee every day and the staff tried to fix the temperature but the “hot” water was lukewarm at best when leaving the water run for about 30min

Beautiful spotless modern room with great view. Staff was exceptionally helpful & kind.

The room was nice, and staffs were helpful, but one night we ordered a room service, then when the staff came back to collect the plates and utensils, they left the tray with remaining food in the hallway for whole day. I saw a rat in tray for food remains.

The hotel was nice and modern and quiet except last night I'm not sure where the loud music was coming from around 12am but the hotel insulation is good so it wasn't too bothersome. I also want to give Carlos a compliment on being so help and patient answeringy questions. onasanswering .spending the time

It was good. Not excellent but we felt safe and we were comfortable. The hotel is hard to access, there is commercial offices on the first 2 floors. There isn’t signage telling you where the hotel parking is, or where the actual hotel entrance is. It’s weird. The write up in Expedia said it was pet friendly we brought our small dog. The cost to keep our dog was more than paying for another adult. There are other hotel choices in Merida that don’t charge extra for your pet, or it’s a minimal charge. Breakfast was excellent wait staff fantastic. Good business/Adult stay hotel.

Parkiing was convenient. We did not est breakfasts at the property

Great service , parking and cleanliness !

Hotel was in an excellent location, with an amazing staff who were super helpful and attentive. Our room was spacious, updated, with a very comfortable bed. Loved the rain-head shower. Hotel breakfast was so delicious!
