The wifi is broken, the towels are not given, there is no toilet paper, the lights are flashing, the mineral water is gone, the CS service says "don't call back", the room is dusty. Technicians or travelio staff couldn't come for days to resolve issues, not even sending towels. Overall Travelio is a very bad experience.
