This was our first time staying at Placemakr. We absolutely loved the location! Walking distance to the Tin Building, the Waterfront, Brooklyn Bridge, City Acres market, Duane Reade, and plenty of great places to eat. Check in was quick and easy. We requested a lower level floor due to my husband’s fear of heights and they accommodated us. The gym was on the same floor as our room (the 7th floor). It was equipped with treadmills, dumbbells, and an elliptical. The room we booked was a Murphy studio. It was spacious with an entryway bench that had hooks for hanging jackets, an ironing board, an iron, and a full length mirror. Next to that was the fridge, freezer, cabinets with shelves and a safe. The kitchenette had two burners, a microwave, dishes, cups, silverware, paper towels with holder, dish drying rack and mat, soap, and a sponge. The drawer in the kitchen had pots and pans with lids. Under the kitchen sink there was a trash can with an extra trash bag. There was tons of storage with many, many cabinets and even a coffee table that opened for extra storage. The couch which turned into a Murphy bed was comfortable with sheets, three pillows, and a lightweight comforter. There was a large tv with which to sign in to your Netflix, Hulu, and Apple accounts to watch shows/movies. There may have been more apps available but I don’t remember. The bathroom was large with plenty of storage. The desk had plenty of space and plenty of plugs for charging devices. We loved our stay!!

10/10 would recommend! Great spot in the city and the room as everything you need and more. Would stay there again.

The staff of T'quanae, ruben, ethan & sol and jermi went above and beyond expectations for us. They were prompt and answered all my questions and concerns . I loved this location. I definitely will be here again

Studio was huge for NYC standards. Murphy bed was comfortable. Location was great. Room and floor was quiet (9th floor). More of an apartment vibe than a hotel which was fine. Price was right. Its NYC. You shouldn’t be spending much time at your hotel.

Check-in staff were very friendly and helpful. Loft was spacious and fairly well-appointed. Conveniently located for tourist activities. Safe, clean and fairly quiet neighborhood. Only suggestions for improvement: Add TV to bedroom and use better paper products in kitchen and bath facilities.

Amazing!!! A home away from home. The perfect place to come back to after a fun packed day in NYC. The staff were amazing, super friendly and helpful. I will definitely be back! Thanks so much!

My unit was very spacious for my party of four, included one separate bedroom (out of two beds) and two bathrooms. The kitchen was nice and they provided dishes, dish soap & sponge, an oven, a microwave, and a fridge freezer.

We had a wonderful time at the Placemakr. Expedia lost our reservation and T’Quanae the property manager was a huge help. Sol and Jailene were quick to help us, keep us updated and connect us to T’Quanae. All of our issues were resolved by the end of the day. When we arrived we were given free breakfast vouchers, which is something we did not expect and was very nice. The rooms were spotless. We enjoyed the in room kitchen, helping us save on eating out for a few nights. The rooms were very spacious! We had the Murphy bed & queen bed room and it fit four of us wonderfully. I’d stay here again! Nothing bad to say and thank you to the on hand staff, you guys were great!!!

The location is awesome right off south street seaport beautiful views just a few short blocks away. Trains were about a 10 min walk, parking at night at 10pm free usually lots of spots, also a separate parking garage across street was great if needed. Laundry mat access was very useful and easy access, we stayed as a family of 6 in a 4 bedroom gourmet was awesome. Definitely recommend for large families and or couples.

Overall we enjoyed a spacious accommodation with kitchenette. Location was great and walkable or short subway trip to anything. Missing was a coffee maker which I view as an essential. Also minimal living room furniture for the number of people. Having said that when I asked for more chairs management accommodated

Everything about our stay was 5 star, from check-in to check-out. The area was quiet and the apartment was great for my husband, stepdaughter (17), and me. We stayed in a 1-bedroom premium gourmet for 5 nights. It had an amazing amount of space in the kitchen/dining room/TV area. There was also a nice workspace. The two bathrooms were a big plus. There are free laundry facilities on the 8th floor. A big shout out to Taylor and Reuben at the front desk. They were both so helpful and kind. Bagel Market opened on the ground floor of the building while we were there. It made breakfast so convenient. The Wall Street subway station was a 5-minute walk. We will only stay here when we visit NY again.
