Elegance studios are right in the centre of Old Vienna so perfectly positioned for exploring. Our room was lovely and well equipped if you wanted to prepare food yourselves, there are supermarkets near by. Check in was easy and the guy was really friendly, would definitely stay here again if we come back to Vienna.

From the moment my husband and I met the front desk representative we knew our stay would be nothing less than perfect. The studio was clean, with a lovely kitchen that had everything you needed to a make a full meal, coffee,tea or quick bite on the go. The bed was extremely comfortable, the Wifi was fast and the view of Emperor Joseph II was beautiful. We would definitely return in the future.

Todo muy lindo y la atención 10/10 pero nos dieron el primer cuarto y escuchábamos a cada persona que entraba, sentía que les podía dar la bienvenida a todos. No dormimos bien debido a eso pero por todo lo demás, súper recomendado

What a great lication - close to Stephansplatz. Helpful staff and good location, modern room in older building. Visited in winter, but room was warm and comfortable.

It was a really good hotel

Just a perfect location to explore Vienna. Cool active building. Right across the street from Hofburg Palace. We will stay here again. The only issue is the hot water heater is a little small for 3 people.

Otel çok merkezi. Odamız ulusal kütüphaneye bakıyordu, rahattsız edici ses yoktu. Oda her gün temizlendi. Tek olumsuz yorum banyoya yapacağım. Çünkü duştaki camın önünün açık olması sebebiyle banyo çok ıslanıyor. Buna çözüm bulunmalı. Otelin bulunduğu binaya girdiğinizde sağda ufak bir asansör var onunla 2. Kata çıkın. Biraz labirent gibi olsada çözdük :) Bu arada yine gitsem aynı otelde kalırım çünkü çok merkezi.

Best location in Vienna

Zentraler geht es fast gar nicht. Toller Service, un einem schönen Palais. Innenbereich und Zimmer neu renoviert. Annehmlichkeiten wie Kaffee und Tee, Schokolade und Sekt kostenfrei. Großzügiges Badezimmer.

Die Zimmer sind komfortabel und neu renoviert. Die Betten sind super bequem. Personal ist freundlich und zuvorkommend. Lage ist perfekt gegenüber der Hofburg. Alles zu Fuß erreichbar

Sehr schöne Unterkunft und nette Betreuung. Zentraler geht es nicht, direkt an der Hofburg und Oper. Sehr zu empfehlen!
