We did not have breakfast so I cannot comment on that. The room was very minimal. The staff was excellent. The location was perfect to walk to the train/Metro, which is what we were looking for that checked all the boxes. the staff are very, very helpful.

Close to Campanha but uphill, so consider that if carrying suitcases. Property is clean, brand new, very stylish and modern, in general: fantastic value.

This is such a cool hotel! I only stayed for 1 night, but it was definitely the most memorable. Great price, cool decor, very roomy, and kind staff. They have record players in the room and records you can borrow in a music room near the lobby. Lots of spots for hanging out and a nice outdoor pool. It’s not in a very touristy area, but close to the train station and so easy to get an Uber there too.

Breakfast is expensive, 15 euro/ person. You can find cheaper breakfast around the corner.

Fully equipped for cooking - even provide oil, salt/pepper. Super clean with daily housekeeping available. Friendly staff. On quiet side street

Great customer service and facilities and beautiful room

This is a difficult review to write because we didn't do enough research in depth, so must assume some responsibility for our displeasure. The hotel is optimized for young hipsters or backpackers, not sixty-something folks with even minor mobility issues nor, presumably, young families. Concrete floors, no comfortable seating, comfortable beds that are unfortunately too low for ease of acces or egress, limited storage space for suitcases, trip hazards throught the room and less than complete kichenette appliances. Excellent air conditioning and a very good pool were appreciated. So, if you are young, fit, mobile and travelling light, stay here for a cool experience.

We had a very quiet room. Air conditioning did work. Lots of fur highlights and large windows finishing of the units were really good. Front end staff were great. And very helpful. We enjoyed our stay and would recommend it to anybody visiting this country.

Great place found by our daughter we probably would never booked ourselves. But great high tech clean rooms we struggled a little with the technology but good and clean.

Perfect apart from a noisy fridge, which we had to turn off at night, and the bed being a mattress on a platform. The latter was very awkward to get in and out of. Area around the hotel is very run down but transport links are excellent and close by.

Staff was so friendly. Such a beautiful, fun place to stay. The decor and pool and cafe area were all great! Bed was big and comfy. Saw a celebrity there so you know you're at a nice place.

Very good place to stay

Great location. Ironically the other negative I have was an interaction with another member in the shared laundry. Scolded foe transferring their laundry to the dryer from the washer after 20 min of waiting for that person to return to transfer themselves. Though the setting I placed at no heat and delicate tumble, the american woman scolded me with, "You NEVER move a woman's laundry to the dryer." Other than that, peaceful, pool is cold when the air is hot, great services(cafe, podcast booths, event space, meeting rooms, workspaces, etc). €120/night is not the Old Porto, neither is Porto. If connection is of your interest, this is a great space and located near Campanha station(Bus,Metro,Train). Kitchenette and refrigerator were just enough for two people.
