The lightbulb in the bathroom was not bright. The maid should have noted this before we checked in so that it could be replaced. It took maintenance 40 minutes to change the light bulb. Additionally, the soap dish in the shower was not clean. Waiters at the restaurant in the morning hover too much. We have stayed at this hotel many times but maybe not anymore. There is also trash all over the property.

Staff was very friendly

Amazing! Was our first visit and I must say it’s worth it, confortable room, clean, welcoming and nice staff, beautiful location just on the beach, free and safe parking, confortable bed, really add it on my favourites places to visit when in town.

The whole place is clean, nice and very handicap-friendly. The restaurant has a delicious menu and the breakfast buffet is actually amazing. The staff does everything to please the guests:

I stayed at this hotel a few years ago and really liked it, so I returned for two nights. My experience at the desk was mixed. The the location on the beach is very nice and overall the hotel is just average. The office staff was initially friendly and the manager is most helpful. We had some issues which may or may not be resolved. They work hard to upgrade you, but forget to tell you that the Internet doesn’t work, the phones don’t work, and the upgraded suites are noisy. I was told theyalso don’t refund your money. I’m not sure I could recommend This hotel at this time.

Always an excellent stay here. Beautiful property and everyone is so friendly. Dinner and breakfast are both excellent. Highly recommend!

Great place to stay. Hotel sits alone at the end of a sandy beach, so its nice and quite. Great place if you have dogs. There is a nice outside & Inside restaurant and bar overlooking the beach and island. The rooms are nothing fancy but always clean.

Very animals friendly, love the unique experience, love the animals around the property 😀.

We always stay at the Oasis when we drive back and forth to our home in Los Cabos. It’s a great hotel.

The Oasis is my home away from home...in Loreto. The staff is always friendly...they remember me, and often I get my FAVORITE ROOM. The hot-tub is the real reason I stay...it is big, clean and when they trun on the heater it is perfect. (you have to ask them to trun it on) ...Breakfast is included and its a BIG BREAKFAST BUFFET...it will fill you up for your whole day, if you want. Happy Hour is perfect, the view is amazing. Definitely recommend this traditional bit of Baja hospitality.

We really enjoyed staying at the Oasis, if there was an option for more than 5 stars I would have given it to the Oasis and Anna the owner. Anna was so available and personable, not only to my friend and I, but I watched her mingle with all of the guests, some new and some returning. The staff was very friendly and helpful, we arrived on Melissa's first day and she couldn't have been more friendly. After we got settled in to our room she stopped by to drop something off and was able to answer all of our questions about the hotel, Loreto and the surrounding destinations of interest. I am very grateful we found the Oasis and I think if you stay there you will be too!

Service and food excellent

Right on the Sea of Cortez, restaurant & bar on site along with pool. Place is situated at one end of the Malecon so many dining options and bars. Staff was great, rooms clean & comfortable. I would stay here again.

Older buildings and small rooms. No fridge or access to drinking water in your room, just bare essentials. Pool chair cushions were filthy. Close to the centre of the city and on the ocean with a beautiful view. Birds were happily singing which was lovely.

Nice staff. Beautiful location and views. First night weird lock on door- couldn’t get in or out. Next two nights, two rooms, issues with air conditioners. One night very noisey.
