Lovely, quiet, cosy dorm with great facilities that were modern and clean. Well equipped kitchen and big dining area is a great benefit and staff were friendly and welcoming.

The room was very clean and had good amenities that were very accessible as well as a kitchen for guests to use. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful even though I had to come in late due to car trouble

Beyond Impressive. I arrived via public transport in the later afternoon and collected my keycard which was nearly presented in a little envelope by the bar staff (they have a restaurant and bar in the adjacent building). I booked a shared room, however, I was the only guest in this room. There was an impeccably clean shower and toilet with soap in each and a complimentary towel. The room was well heated for winter and had a clothing rack with hangars and two bunk beds. The view of the stream was a nice addition. The kitchen, however, was the bonus. Professionally equipped and brand new and clearly designed with common sense. There was ample space and it was light and cosy. During the summer there is also ample outdoor seating. Everything was exceptional.

Excellent place with a river flowing in the backyard. So peaceful to hear the water and sleep.

It is a well located place to stay in the town alongside Loch Ness. And the staff were very friendly. I got a lot of good information about where to hike and things to do in Drumnadrochit, and I had a great couple of days. I also got great help getting me and my bicycle to the Isle of Skye on the bus, for which I am very grateful. Thank you so much for the great stay.

It was very clean, great facilities. Restaurant on site if you wanted to use and bar food . Friday night had a local duo singing and facilities were spot on

It’s just ok. Good location

It’s a place to spend the night. No luxuries and blankets did not smell the best, but it was fun sitting at the picnic tables eating and drinking.

The view of the river and trees in the seating area behind the bunkhouse was beautiful. The staff were wonderful but reception being closed until 4pm makes it difficult to find help if you have any questions during the day. There were also no lockers in the rooms, or much space for personal storage. Other than that it was all lovely.

Fantastic hostel, clean, pristine, super quick check in. My son said - Dad this is not a hostel, this is a hotel!

Had a great stay with a lovely bar and beautiful grounds. Great location for heading off on adventures.

The dorm had 4 bunks, very clean, 3 other guys joined and we had a chat, look, it was 27 quid, and a nice clean warm bed, no frills but good value

Property in good condition. Bed comfy enough and nice to have ensuite as well as thought out kitchen area. My main problem with it is the noise side of it. Every time someone entered or exited the front door, the door to our room rattled which was extremely disturbing late at night and early in morning. The room above was also disruptive as the floor boards on the stairs and in their room creaked very loudly.

You are required to make and strip your own bed. The bathroom had cobwebs and the room a strange smell. We booked a family room and having to make our own beds made it very difficult with the baby. Never have I paid so much to make my own bed. The mattresses were not comfortable. Separate rooms for toilet and shower. The room was large and the hotel was in a great location on the plus side.

Didn’t tell you you had to make the room up and take down until after you book room. East just a pain to do after a full day of traveling. Our bed didn’t have right size sheets or blankets. So may do with using small sheets and blankets. Food at the pub was some of the best we have had. Very good service and ambiance
