Really enjoy the Moxy brand. Check-in was quick and easy and also managed to provide a room, even though we were quite early. Lady was really pleasant and helpful. Room was clean and well presented, which i have so far always found with Moxy. Only minor comment would be room did feel smaller than expected. Public areas in the hotel were clean and fresh and the hotel did have a nice smell. Good location for what we were doing. Great, thank you. 👍🏻

I had a fantastic stay at Moxy Hotel in Manchester! From the moment I arrived, I was warmly welcomed by OJ and Crispin during check-in, and I even got a welcome drink voucher; perfect for a refreshing punch. Plus, OJ surprised me with a complimentary prosecco; such a nice touch, thanks, OJ! Once I got to my room, I was even upgraded! The space was huge (both a bedroom and a living area), super clean and comfortable. I loved that there were two TVs, one in the bedroom and one in the living area. It had a minimalist design but still felt really cozy and definitely good value for money. The location was fantastic; centrally located and super easy to get around. They also provided great amenities like shower gels, shampoo, conditioner, and even a dental kit if needed. The only small downside was that there wasn’t a fridge in the room, so if you had something to store, that was a bit of a challenge. Still, throughout my stay, OJ went above and beyond; so attentive, so helpful, both within the hotel and guiding me outside. I will absolutely be back next time I’m in Manchester. It really felt like home! Kudos to the whole team, especially OJ!

We stayed at the Moxy Marriott Hotel in central Manchester near Deansgate for the weekend and had a very good experience overall. The hotel has a modern, hip and vibrant feel. It is clearly aimed at a younger crowd, with social spaces featuring games like Jenga, Connect Four and other table games. While we are a little older than the target audience, we still really liked the atmosphere. It felt lively without being chaotic, and the overall design gave the hotel a fun, contemporary personality. The cleanliness throughout the hotel was excellent, and the general quality of the building and facilities felt high for the price point. The staff were consistently friendly and welcoming, both at check-in and during our stay. The restaurant and food were perfectly fine, doing exactly what you would expect for a city-centre hotel. The rooms themselves were spacious for what we paid, well laid out, and comfortable. We had a good night’s sleep, with comfortable beds and a quiet environment. A small but appreciated touch was the motion-sensor lighting at night, which made it easy to get up without needing to search for light switches or fully wake the room. Overall, the Moxy offered great value, a clean and comfortable stay, and a fun, modern atmosphere. We would happily recommend it to anyone looking for a central Manchester hotel near Deansgate and would consider staying there again.

superb location, easy check in and very helpful staff. rooms were lovely and clean. only downside is that you can sometimes hear the pipes at night when you’re trying to sleep and the light from the thermostat can be quite distracting when you’re trying to sleep. ear plugs and a sleep mask solve this issue however!

A huge thanks to the staff on reception especially Cristin and house keeping. We had left a high value item in one of the rooms and a week later they were able to track down the item and help us to organise transportation back to us since we live 5 hours away. The staff were lovely and were efficient in helping us get the item back. Thank you for all your help!
