The hotel is nice old style. But beds are hard. Pillows need replacing. The in room safe perm locked so you use reception safe box. Did not. The disco starts 10 at night and noisy air conditioning did not frown it out. Came saw will not use again

DO NOT STAY HERE!!! Very old. Next to bar which played OUTSIDE LOUD music until 4:00am 5 nights of the week. Couldn't sleep at all. Should be out of business unless the bar closes. Old beds, fixtures, windows, .... No restaurant. TERRIBLE HOTEL. Left after 1 night!!! Rate 0 out of 10

Great place to stay downtown

I almost cancelled before I checked in when I saw the disco, six nights a week, next door. However, the friendly receptionist Sabina gave me a room furthest away and I never heard it my two nights. The trade-off was a loud humming noise outside my room from what I guess was a water pump or heating. All that said, it is a nice little hotel. Friendly staff, water refill, big room, super clean and good wifi.

Fantastic Hotel thats located perfectly in the middle of downtown Cancun. Great vibe, nice pool, fantastic staff.. Highly recommend for singles, couples, families..

A little high in price for what you get

Bad and poor service. No english. Stay away

Everything was smooth, they even helped us with parking. Rooms are nice and tidy and Internet works.... Its got everything that a budget travel could ask for :)

The front desk people are so rude and arguing to change a clean towel, el hombre llamado Rene de la administration es muy grosero y no me quiso dar una toalla limpia y eso que era mi ultimo día de mi estancia

Me fue bien, no es la primera vez que me hospedo en este hotel. Es muy céntrico y tiene lo necesario

El tv estaba en malas condiciones los aires condicionados también estaban malo el personal sin saber qué hacer y diciendo que se les sale de la manos el amenitis es solo un jabón muy caro y muy pobre de verdadera atención al cliente

The staff was excellent... the building is old with old furniture and beds

The hotel is close to the ADO bus terminal and restaurants and shops. The rooms are accessible from an outer corridor and the locks were a little flimsy. The room and bathroom were dated but overall clean and tidy.

Wonderful location in town, corteous efficient and honest gentleman at reception. Lovely pool (just a bit cold)
