Superbe hôtel , chambre magnifique , petit déjeuner somptueux , avec vue exceptionnel sur la baie . Équipe très attentionnée ! Tout était au top !

Hotel has the wow factor. Amazing relaxing location. Fantastic breakfast and staff. Good facilities.

Work was being done at the hotel which we were not informed about. They drilled through breakfast service the first morning and when I tried to have a nap in the afternoon the drilling and banging continued. Cleaning lady was lovely.

This hotel was luxurious and the staff amazing. The room was spacious and the breakfast the best I have ever had in a hotel. There was a sense of calm and serenity which was so relaxing.

Loverly property, clean, modern, nice restaurant, staff very friendly and courteous. Woderful views of the bay and surrounds.

I had a very good 4 day stay at the hotel and everything was first class. Will certaintly stay there again.

Awesome place with great views. Very comfortable and enjoyed it a lot. Only bad thing was smokers next door smoking on the balcony and smoke coming into our room. Forcing us to close the windows to the balcony when we wanted to enjoy the fresh sea breeze.

Nice bay

We nearly didn't stay here due to some negative reviews but we are so pleased we ignored them. Our room was very modern a nice size with everything you needed. We paid for a Seaview and terrace which was definitely worth the extra cost. The roof top spa is perfect along with the roof top bar. The hotia right in the seafront near bars and restaurants. Staff were very friendly and helpful.

We booked a Suite (60 m2 with panoramic sea view, sofa) & were charged £463 in advance. When we arrived, told our room unavailable due to problem with bathroom. Asked what was wrong with bathroom, manager unable to say but offered another room "as good" as what we'd paid for. When we saw it, hugely disappointed as only had partial side-on sea view (mostly looking over carpark at back) and only 22m2! One chair to sit on instead of sofa, nowhere near as nice as Suite booked. Felt we had no choice as we had already paid, so accepted the room on agreement we would be refunded difference in room rate between room & what we'd paid for. Asked repeatedly about refund during stay. On checkout told it had to be sorted out through Hotels.com later. As we were leaving saw the manager pulling same stunt on another couple being shown different room to one expected! Wonder how often hotel books out expensive rooms and then bumps guests down to inferior ones. After we left, informed we'd been refunded just £57, nowhere near difference in price between the two rooms according to hotel's website (room given was three price levels below what we'd paid for, refund should be nearer £150 inc. taxes). Hotels.com hiding behind excuse that hotel refusing to pay refund. Surely this is fraud, to charge £463 upfront for 62m2 Suite but provide a 22m2 inferior one, then refuse to refund difference. So our advice to anyone considering a stay at the Hotel Grand in Perros-Guirec is JUST DON'T

Beautiful hotel located across from the beach. Room was excellent, bed comfortable, room clean & had all the amenities needed. Service issue was for delay with room service for breakfast, coffee was cold & items ordered not there. Had to call 4 times to get it right. Would definitely return but would skip room service.

The good: Wonderful hotel built on the best location in town. The sea views are amazing, and the short walk to amenities, hiking paths, and the town center - as well as the rooftop spa - made it so we were able to park the car and leave it for a few days (side note: free parking in a place/location like this was really nice. It was busy in town, and we came in the low season. I can only imagine trying to find a place to park in the summer!). The service staff was always very pleasant. We enjoyed the decor, and overall, we would definitely come back. The bad: The internet went out for the entire day on our last full day. When we asked about it, we got a shoulder shrug and a "Yep, it's out," but no explanation or time to repair. It was still out when we checked out. Considering that people conduct business, go to school, or just run apps on the TV using the internet, this was not cool. At the rates paid for the hotel, one expects the Wi-Fi to work or a backup to be in place. Beyond that, the elevators are very slow and small. The breakfast is grossly over-priced. I've seen similar spreads offered gratis in lesser hotels, but here they charge €20 per person. And staying with food, the main restaurant was exceptionally bland. This is a luxury resort hotel next to the ocean in France; the food game left much to be desired, and its that much more noticeable because, again, it's France.

Stopover on EuroVelo4. 24-hr reception. Building is being renovated. They parked our bikes in secure location. Room had A/C. Location amazing

Notre séjour au Grand Hôtel a été tout simplement parfait. De l’accueil chaleureux à la qualité de la chambre, tout était au rendez-vous. Nous avons particulièrement apprécié la petite attention réservée à notre chien dès notre arrivée. Le fait qu’il puisse se joindre à nous au petit déjeuner a d’ailleurs été un critère déterminant dans le choix de l’établissement. L’espace bien-être est charmant, avec une vue incroyable depuis le jacuzzi, un vrai moment de détente. Le buffet du petit déjeuner est excellent, varié et généreux. Enfin, l’emplacement de l’hôtel est idéal, au pied du sentier des Douaniers pour ceux qui souhaitent profiter des magnifiques paysages, avec également plusieurs restaurants à proximité. Une très belle adresse que nous recommandons sans hésiter.

La vue

La chambre était impeccable (propreté et meubles). Le personnel de chambre et d’accueil était fort sympathique et compétent. Une très bon week end dans cet établissement.
