The properties location is excellent. I’ve stayed in the Monti section of Rome on several occasions. This past trip, just a night before flying out. It’s convenient to the central terminal and close to sights. The hotel doesn’t offer too many amenities, but it is very clean. I’d stay here again.

The hotel proved to be an excellent value - the direct neighbourhood contains a plethora of restaurants, public water fountains, as well as small grocery stores (very useful for cold drinks in the hot weather!). The room itself was nice enough, and the air conditioning was definitely above average (based on my other stays in Europe in the past, but also based on the "struggling" air conditioning that some local establishments have). If you are arriving in Rome itself by train, the hotel is also just a 10-minute walk from the train station (faster than a taxi, in most cases). It is also directly between two metro stations for easy access. Overall, I would absolutely stay at this hotel again without hesitation.

The pool and jaccuzi and other facilities are closed

Very disappointed that the pool and spa were closed but there’s a sister hotel nearby that we could have used. Hotel is 20 Min walk to many of the big attractions, in a clean and safe neighbourhood. Lots of places to eat nearby. Breakfast is good (especially if you like sweet things!) and staff are excellent.

Booked this hotel because it had a gym and a pool. Both were closed for maintenance. I should’ve been informed of this ahead of time. Other than that, a nice hotel. Very efficient staff.

Location is perfect, but that’s probably the only good thing about this hotel. It is certainly not 4 stars. What was most disappointing, was the fact that I had purposely booked it for the pool facility which was out of order and I had not been informed prior to our stay. We were able to use the pool at their sister hotel however, it was a 15min walk away, and a lot of the so called spa facilities at this other hotel were broken. Staff were friendly enough. The room was fine but warn. The breakfast was not good at all, much of it dry and stale and what you could order was hit and miss. Overall, it did not ruin our stay as Rome obviously has a lot to offer but I can’t say this hotel’s website reflected what is actually offered.

This “HOTEL” is a JOKE SCAM We chose this hotel because of its advertised amenities, but all of them are scam they is noting available when you arive the rooftop terrace, pools, and spa were closed . The rooms are in a separate building very ugly in the first floor is the garbage storage area, and the room smell was terrible. When we mentioned it to the front desk, the employee admitted that many guests complain about the same issue and why they do nothing about it, don’t stay here.

The staff and the room were excellent, and I was very happy with both. However, one of the main reasons I chose this particular hotel was because it had a pool. Unfortunately, it was out of order during my stay, which was very disappointing. Had I known this in advance, I may have chosen a different hotel.

The door frame to our room looked quite worn - like it had been chipped away at. The rooms are not soundproofed, so we had next to no sleep due to excessive noise from the adjoining rooms above and next door, and the hallway outside until 1/2am and then again from 6am. The food at breakfast was of limited choice and was not of good quality. However, the room was fairly clean - minus the mini fridge which had clearly seen better days. We had a superior room with a small balcony, which was nice to sit out at night with a nice view. The staff at the front desk were welcoming when we checked in and the housekeepers were attentive in noticing if we needed any coffee etc in the room. There is only one elevator in the building which is quite small, so this is not ideal when the place is busy, and it feels quite unnerving being in it due to the noise and shakiness.

Overall, we had a very good stay. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful. The hotel was in a very good location, fifteen minutes walk to both the colosseum and Trevi fountain. Breakfast was very nice offering all sorts of options, from cereals to cooked options and also fresh fruit, yogurts and pastries. We also took a swim in the pool, was a little small but quite welcomed after a long day in the heat. I would recommend this hotel.

All the staff are very helpful and very easy to talk. The area of the hotel was noisy due it is in around termini. The amenities was closed down because they are doing something in the pool area so we didn’t enjoy much to swim and gym and also the spa. room was fine but the pillow smells like an old man who did not wash their pillowcases.

Absolutely love this hotel! It was my favorite place we stayed when we were traveling Europe. The room was gorgeous and extremely clean. The concierge were very friendly. And the location was perfect, right near the Eiffel Tower, restaurants and shops.

The reception staff were always welcoming and helpful. There is a Japanese restaurant on site but it would have been good to have a choice on site as well but it is close to others and a really good position.

This place is an 11 out of 10! It is very clean, great location making walking around easy with small kids, the staff was amazing and very helpful and even suggested different activities for us to try with the kids, loved the pool and the roof top pool which you can book for just your family. And the best part is very cold AC!

If you’re staying here for the pool, don’t! Pool is heavily maintained with chemicals. We used it our first night and we ran out of it in less than 5 mins. It looks very nice but toxic. Our eyes were tearing up and our skin was extremely irritated in just those few mins. My wife got sick and it ruined the rest of our trip. We complained to hotel management and to Expedia and they gave us a lame excuse that it was a normal amount of chemicals used as necessary. It’s not our first time in a pool, this was not a normal amount. Any type of compensation would have been appropriate but they just dismissed us. Also, rooms are way too small for 4 people unless you planning to stay here with no luggage. It was so tight we couldn’t barely open our luggage’s at the same time. I wouldn’t recommend the hotels breakfast buffet either. It’s very limited and not worth the price.

Great location and friendly staff and reception area. The spa area is in need of an upgrade or at least maintenance. Quite tatty and a lot of repairs needed but the rest of the hotel was excellent. Would stay again but don't suggest booking here if the spa is your number one priority for your stay.

When my family and I arrived at the hotel, we waited until 2:00 PM to check in. However, after 2:00 PM we were assigned rooms in a completely different building from the one shown in the photos online. The building we were placed in was terrible and nowhere near what I would expect from a 4-star hotel. It looked nothing like the property advertised on the booking websites. After discussing the issue with the reception staff and spending one uncomfortable night in that building, they finally moved us to another room. Fortunately, the new room matched the photos and met the standard we had originally expected.
