A lovely long weekend and the perfect spot, enjoyed evening drink on the roof terrace with chilled music.

Although the hotel was nice and in a great location, we did not have hot water for all 3 days of our stay. Despite complaints, the problem was not rectified, nor were there any sort of discounts or complimentary offers. The rooftop hot tub was cold, and only accessible until 6pm. Although it was tidy, cute and central, several options exist that could at least offer basic amenities like hot water.

Good location 10 min walk to Roma Termini station, which gets you to the FCO airport within 30-40 mins. Great swimming pool and spa facility. Really firm bed for a side sleeper. No robes or slippers.

Average stay at an average hotel, wish they had a pool or hot tub.

Hotel close to restaurants and sites. Staff extremely helpful and courteous. Room could have been bigger and lacked drawer space.

77 was wonderful . Well located , easy to walk to all sites (not to the Vatican that’s a taxi ride). Terrace restaurant was awesome , food great, view unbeatable. Also the indoor pool was amazing . Tries to emulate Roman baths. My kids loved it . Chlorine smell was very strong in the morning , only issue we had . Highly recommend this hotel , specially if you have kids. If you ask mine what they like more about Rome they will say without hesitation: “the pool!! “. Expedia has not done a good job notifying hotels about the included breakfast . They need to fix that . This hotel just did it for me. Others have not.

Stayed at Hotel 77 in Rome and had a great experience. It's in a perfect location—walking distance to shopping strips and major tourist attractions. The room was clean, staff were friendly, and everything was convenient. Ideal spot for exploring the city!

It was ok hotel..they put us in different building across the road which was Shocking the alleyway was very smelly. We had no balcony room was okay. I will rate as a three star breakfast was okay.

Great hotel, clean friendly

Clean and spacious room with great buffet breakfast on roof top. Our only idsue was the room was not prepared for 4 people when we got there and took the hotel staff some time to prepare it! For customer convenience, I hope hotel accept credit card for paying hotel tax rather than requiring a cash payment.

The stay was good but the space was a little cramped up. The entrance to where we were staying was a little off the main hotel and the elevator was tiny.

Hello! I don’t like the room. Its a very dirty, stink and noisy. I really expect other thing. The breakfast its the same all the days. And the worst part its a lot of things were broken. Furniture’s, soap holders. Mirror dirty. Bad experience never come back again.

Second time staying here. Love the staff from the lobby to top floor breakfast or bar. Easy location to get around
