The property is a great value for the price. The staff and service is excellent! Everybody's is there to help. The breakfast buffet needs improvement.

The room was conveniently located. The bed super comfortable and the breakfast delicious.

The hotel is modern and the rooms are fine. The staff at the front desk was ok but not very helpful recommending restaurants or tours. We stayed 6 nights and I had to talk to a manager in order to get 2 expresso capsules every day😩one day we left on a tour at 6:30am and the room was not ready when we came back at 2:45 PM. I was not feeling good and the front desk employee told me that I had to wait 45 minutes. The priority of the staff is to have the rooms ready for checkin at 3pm not the staying guest!! Customer service is not the best.

The human quality of the staff, both from the bar and restaurant to the general service staff, was exceptional. If I had to point out something that needed to be improved, it would be the breakfast, both in variety and quality. The scrambled eggs were swimming in liquid, making it truly disgusting. On one occasion, at 9 am, there were no hard-boiled or scrambled eggs on the table, and when I asked about the cold cuts or sausage, they informed me that they had run out and that was it. The next day, the same thing happened with the beacon; it ran out at 9:00 am. This aspect definitely needs to be improved. This happened between March 23, 2025, and March 28, 2025.

Modern, clean and efficient hotel. Nice area around the swimming pool to sit and relax with a pisco sour! Good value for money.

I disliked nothing; therefore I must have liked everything about our stay here. The best hotel we stayed in during our six-week escape from Canadian winter to South American summer.

A fantastic hotel that exceeded our expectations! Warm, friendly staff on reception and in the restaurant. Everyone was so helpful, efficient and went above and beyond to make our stay perfect! Sebastian and Camille were incredibly helpful when we checked in and were very grateful for that. Highly recommend!

Location. Quiet. Great shower! Fridge wasn't on and as result something spoiled.

Really great, modern hotel. Room was big with a great bathroom and roomy shower. Excellent location for walking around Providencia. Staff were all very helpful. Breakfast, restaurant and bar are recommended too.

Extremely poor service

The room was small but clean and comfortable. The staff were kind, and they accommodated an early check in. The area was quiet, safe, really nice to walk with many dining options and close to everything.

Very clean and comfortable; outstanding accommodation considering the modest price. Nice neighborhood and good restaurant attached.

Clean, quiet, convenient and was given a courtesy early check in and late checkout which I really appreciated after a few weeks of traveling through South America.
