Excellent Hotel, very clean & uptogether, Staff were courteous, very good options for breakfast, a very good experience all round. The only thing not quite so good was the parking. Its not well signposted and you have to park on the 8th floor of a multistorey car park next door, which then takes you straight into the hotel - when you find that out it is fine.

Property was clean, fresh and new. Helpful staff and a great location.

Had a great stay. Customer service was excellent, the breakfast was really good, and the hotel was very clean. The location was perfect, very close to the station and convenient for getting around. Overall, a really great experience.

Really nice hotel with very friendly staff. Bit of a strange set up concierge on ground floor with reception on the 7th. (Parking level 8). Nice area for kids near reception with lego for them to play with. Room had lots of space only have two complaints - Shower drain was blocked and had hair init. Room had a slightly off smell abit like stale fags. Outside of hotel has alot to be desired as there is still alot of building works ongoing.

Fantastic stay at the Hilton in Woking! Great room(love the extra touches with the water and chocolate) great food and drink, great view in the restaurant and sky bar and great Customer Service, will definitely stay again!

Cancelled 2 rooms we had booked for nearly a month due to some rooms having flooding issues. Offered us hotels over 20 minutes away which just didn’t work. Also tried to offer us to share a twin room vs having 2 separate rooms booked at another hotel. After a 5am start to get to Woking for work for the day this is the last thing that was needed. At the moment zero accountability (this may change with a full complaint letter). Will also lose a lot of generated cashback and traveller perks etc too.

The bathroom shower cubicle glass door is only half way which causes water to go on the floor while showering. There should be a full closed cubicle to prevent that.

The Restaurant was fantastic

Fabulous bathroom and room. Disappointed Sky Bar not open (Sunday).
