Habitación muy amplia y cómoda. En todo, sólo hay que arreglarle un ruidito a la regadera.

Good location and good service

Falta limpieza, las alfombras están muy manchadas, igual las cubiertas de las sillas. Las camas rechinan demasiado, apenas en las mínimo movimiento rechina. Tiene jardines alrededor y por lo mismo entran bichos, me tocó reubicar 2 arañas que andaban dentro de la habitación. La atención buena, ubicación buena a un par de cuadras del centro.

Bed linens were not clean in our first room. The hotel moved us to another room that had clean linens.

Hotel de La Loma was wonderful. It was within walking distance of the plaza. The food in the restaurant was delicious. The service was stellar. The views of the city were breath taking. The room was very comfortable. I'll definitely stay there the next time that I am in Tlaxcala!

Hotel room has too much mildew

The service was amazing!!! Very friendly specially Susana de receptionist at the lobby. People at the restaurant very friendly and polite. The view of the city was fantastic. I will definitely stay here again. Highly recommended.

The hotel is well situated; could improve by renovating shower heads and brand new towels.

Overall, a good one-night stay. The receptionist was very capable and friendly, the room larger than expected and the hotel is an easy, short walk to Tlaxcala's centro. Two things would improve the stay: a couple of glasses in the bathroom and a better mattress. One side of the mattress was pretty beat up. But we would stay there again.

Our bed was extremely uncomfortable and had to change room . Also they have no heating so the rooms are extremely cold in the evening

Booked this hotel for 3 nights, left after first night. Room was very hot, no ac or fans. Wifi was terrible in my room. Bed was very noisy, it squeaked everytime I moved or the headboard would hit the wall

Staff is very friendly and helpful and it’s in an interesting part of town.

Tlaxcala es una ciudad hermosa, con gente muy amable, visitamos Val Quirico que es un lugar increíble, aunque había muchos visitantes no había aglomeraciones en ningún restaurante, tienda ni calles. El hotel La Loma tiene una vista excelente, habitaciones cómodas, restaurante con variedad de comidas sabrosas. El personal de lujo.

Fue muy placentera mi estancia, el lugar es perfecto para viajes de negocios ya que se encuentra cerca del centro de Tlaxcala. El restaurante que se encuentra ahí sirve una comida muy rica. Aunque la limpieza del cuarto era algo lenta valia la pena porque lo hacian a profundidad y dejaban el cuarto con un aroma rico. Sin duda volvería a hospedarme ahí

El hotel es muy agradable. Queda muy cerca del centro y de varios sitios turísticos. Si llevas a personas que no les sea fácil desplazarse a pie cuenta con elevador. El personal del hotel es muy amable y siempre nos ayudó con las dudas que tuvimos.
