Bed and pillows could be better and you stay on lower floor next to road it’s noisy

Placemkr SoBro is a fantastic place to stay—conveniently located, exceptionally comfortable, and staffed by genuinely friendly people. The amenities are top-notch and make every stay easy and enjoyable. This was a return visit for me, and I’ll definitely continue choosing Placemkr SoBro in the future!

Overall great hotel/living concept. The staff is GREAT! However, the room could've been cleaner and unfortunately the toilet + fridge made noises all night long. A 'helpful hints' sheet in the room would be ideal. And PLEASE fix that pool gate from slamming hundreds times a day!

Five night stay for two. There was no housekeeping whatsoever during the stay. Two washcloths for two people for five days doesn’t quite cut it. No television in bedroom and less than stellar pillows. Mattress was cheap and basic. It should also be noted that the curtains don’t even come close to blacking out light so be prepared to wake up when the sun rises. The only tv (in living room) doesn’t include any services and the only options are YouTube tv and Netflix which you need your own account to watch. The pool was sort of dirty and there weren’t really any other decent amenities. I will say that the fitness center was nice. Overall, I wish I would have stayed at a nice hotel instead of Placemakr considering the price I paid per night. If you want to have a living room and kitchen then I guess this could be a good fit, but with all the food options and minimal time spent in room it would have been nice to have a better bathroom and sleeping experience.

This was our second visit to this hotel and they didn’t disappoint. It’s a no nonsense hotel that is super spacious with a wonderful pool. The gas grills for dinner were perfect after long days.

Room was not as advertised, when I brought this up to staff they told me this was a problem that Expedia needed to fix and to take it up with them. The TV did not work and the furniture was so uncomfortable that we ended up watching shows on our iPad in bed when we had downtime.

The hotel staff was very friendly. Especially checking in. The parking was rediculas Especially staying at the hotel. But there should of been someplace to put your clothes. A dresser would of been nice. I had to put my clothes on the floor. Also a tv in the bedroom. Overall you cannot beat the location !! Very clean and no shampoo in the container.

Rooms were very clean and spacious. Very short walk to Broadway and all of the honky tonks, local restaurants and shops. Would definitely stay here again.

The staff is the best I have ever dealt with. This is our second time staying here and will continue to stay there when we visit Nashville. Rooms are great and clean.

Close enlough to Broadway and all the music but not so close you couldnt have some quiet time. There are lots os sirens in this area. Staff was very helpful, place was clean. Parking is VERY expensive.

The service was poor. Our sheets were stained when we got there. They handed us a bag of sheets and expected us to change the dirty sheets ourselves. We pulled a knife out of the knife block and it was disgusting and covered with old food. Will not stay again!

Fantastic location and great place

Alicia at the front desk was amazing. She helped with check in and check out. Hotel was fantastic! Def stay there again but the staff was the final touch. Thank you Alicia!

Parking was expensive, not much of a lobby

Great room with unexpected big balcony overlooking the city. Great location

We loved our stay! We stayed in the one bedroom sky and it was wonderful. We have a view of broadway and it was so fun to listen to the music on the balcony. Broadway is so close and walkable! Having a full fridge was great for going to the grocery store or saving take out, especially with the DGX downstairs. If you are a gym rat don’t miss out on this gym!! The pictures don’t do it any justice. The gym is huge and has a big selection of dumbbells and free weights. The sauna is great too! We will definitely stay here again if we come back to Nash!!

It was very convenient to everywhere we wanted to be. We loved our stay.
