The hotel is beautiful. VThe rooms were very nice and clean. Fantastic shower. Very conveniently located. Quiet. Excellent rooftop atmosphere and food. However, we did not enjoy the restaurant food. Overall, the hotel was very nice.

An outstanding hotel ! should have been rated 5 stars. Rooms are clean, well maintained and very comfortable. The whole hotel music vibe is great, and the rooftop bar is a great spot, too. The location is unbeatable. Between 48th St. and 7th Avenue, in Times Square but not exactly on the square so it was also quiet enough. You can walk almost everywhere in Manhattan. 3 subway stations nearby. Very well recommended!

The hotel is very nice, the room is comfortable, a bit on the small size thought. We had a good time during our stay, the staffs were very nice

Nice. A little expensive, but worth the cost. Morning breakfast was worth the cost. Convenient walking distance to a lot. Staff were always nice and accomodating.

Property is very nice and clean and is one of the nicest hard rocks I have ever stayed at. It is in a great location and is a nice place overall to stay. Hotel staff are very nice and welcoming. My only problems came when checking in and trying to use the rooftop bar. The check in process for our room was a nightmare and we had been booked in an occupied room. Our door keys did not work so I had to run down to front desk twice and tell them our keys are not working. They then unlocked the door only to find out someone was already in the room. The rooftop bar on the property was also booked the entire time for a a private event. If known in advance we would have never spent the 500 dollars to stay at this location.

Perfect location if you want to be near Times Square but away from the hustle of the crowd. Great staff!

The room could have been cleaner. It’s usually spotless and I even paid extra for a bigger room with a bathtub. The bathtub addition is totally worth it. Very nice. I called housekeeping and they cleaned the room up. The view was gorgeous. The gym is really nice for a hotel gym. The concierge gave me an attitude as I was leaving but that’s my fault-I didn’t know you’re supposed to tip them for hailing a cab for you. The front desk people are always friendly. The room is nice and quiet-I believe the rooms are soundproof. I’d book again. Room service is a nice option to have if you don’t feel like leaving the room. I like the coffee maker and the complimentary water bottles. The rooftop bar and lounge is beautiful and luxurious!

Very clean and tidy hotel. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Room was very spacious with a lovely bathroom. 5 Minute walk from Times square and plenty of Subway stations nearby.

Had an issue with the bathroom and wanted to swap my room with a shower only as easier with kids. After a debate with a staff member about the rooms and that I had stayed there previously and that I had a room with a shower only it came across like he didn’t believe me so he was checking in his system for my previous booking. In the end he found my previous booking and one of his colleagues confirmed that the room I had before did have a shower. His solution was to come back the following day and wait for a room till 3 pm with a shower not what you expect when your paying $500 a night with two kids so can’t keep packing up suitcases to move room’s.

There is truly something special about the Hard Rock Hotel in NYC. We loved the welcoming staff, the great decor, the attention to details like the coffee in the room and Alexa… and so much more. Perfectly located too! We will come back for sure!

Its The Hard Rock, the room was clean and modern, but smaller than expected. They really won't permit any early Check-in.
