Everyone at the property was very professional and kind. Easy check in and check out. Security presence was wonderful.

Good but small rooms with no city views in any of their hotel rooms.

No city view in rooms and the rooms are EXTREMELY small.

My stay at this hotel was very much pleasing. Such a beautiful hotel in a good location. Everything was right in walking distance. The food, drink, interior was top notch. Even the rooftop will take your breath away from the views.

Hotel was ok but over priced for room we got. Fridge did not work, shelves were dusty and city view we requested was an ally. Bathroom is tiny.

Great spot for a first time trip to NYC, was close to everything and the hotel was amazing from top to bottom. Couldn't have asked for a better stay.

The staff were extremely friendly and accommodating. The room was small but we were on the go so it was fine for sleeping just not a lot of room to move around in.

Great stay in the city that never sleeps! We loved the hotel and our room. The staff was excellent and made our stay one to remember.
