Extremely overpriced because of Masters week. First room smelled terrible and was unclean. Chairs were breaking, smears on bed frames. Shower was disgusting. Complained and got moved to a room that was slightly better.

Room smelled like smoke and the property manager was not friendly

The property is “under renovation “. Rooms partially updates with new bed and bedding which was appreciated. Bathroom was dirty with hairs, sticky substances, etc. get ready to flood as the shower curtain only covers about half of the shower based on the rod that was installed. The worst thing is there is no safe. Booked this last minute for the Masters. Could not lock up belongings and forgot to stash a pair of diamond earring that I left on nightstand by my phone charger. I didn’t even think that the room would be serviced. Well, it was and rhe staff helped them selves to my earrings. The manager smiled at me and said ok when I told him. Again…it’s a place to rest your head. Just beware of your belongings.

The room was dirty and after a long 13 hr drive wasn’t up for fighting it. There were crumbs and all kinds of stuff on carpet, bathroom had hairs on the counter and toilet, blow dryer didn’t work. Toilet paper roll was over half used and looked like it had been dropped in water and dried. Hallway smelled of very stale heavy smoker smell! I checked the bed before I got in it it was the only clean thing in the room from what I could see. Left early because I didn’t want to stay any longer than I had to. I am not one to leave bad reviews but this was bad!

I like the staff and location

Initially there was a lot of pieces of hair and overall unclean pillow cases in one of the beds. They did give us another room without hesitation snd that one was better. Beds were comfortable. I’m not sure why it was only some rooms, but I did see a room that had hard wood floors. We had carpet. Overall pretty clean. A big plus is they came every day we were there to check trash, towels, and toilet paper. Most other places we’ve stayed, we end up having to ask for those things or they only come every few days. That was much appreciated. Breakfast was pretty mediocre. Had a few hot things like sausage, spongy egg, and a waffle maker. Plain bagels, bread etc… Cereal, yogurt, and apples. My son didn’t like the sausage so he just ate the bagel. Coffee wasn’t good to me. I would prefer to get my own breakfast if I went back. Pretty quiet. Didn’t hear much of noise. Parking was a bit limited. Other than the couple small things, it was overall decent for the price. Staff was nice.

The property manager is rude. The whole family lives in the hotel and I wanted to add on a night because my son won his soccer tournament. I had to wait for 15 minutes for the cousin to leave his room because he was the only one who knew how book or add night to my reservation. They speak minimal English and the family takes over the breakfast area in the morning.

I arrived at 2pm to check in because that’s what my email said check in time was. When I arrived the front desk agent told me check in wasn’t until 3 but he checked me in. It was a super fast process. Nothing about checkout or breakfast time was mentioned. When I got to the room it looked decent on the surface. The sheets look clean minus a few random hairs. The room smelled so bad like someone smoked and tried to cover it up. The bathtub looked gross and had a used bar of soap. The walls in the room needed scrubbed bad. There was a pillow covered in mold. How could that have been missed when the pillow case was changed. It was bad. I took a nap and woke up with a terrible headache and couldn’t breathe. I later saw that the pillow I was using has mold all over it. I was at the end of the hallway on the second floor and the door to the stairs would scrape on the floor every time someone opened it which happened more frequently than you’d think. The light fixture outside of my door was hanging down but they did fix that at some point. The remote was gross and covered in something. The vent in the bathroom was rusted really bad. Someone had a dog that kept barking through the night and you can literally hear everything that’s going on in the hallway. For the most part it was a decent experience for the price I guess.

Very clean and comfortable hotel. Bed was amazing, front desk was super kind, and it was right next to the Tesla charging station. Highly recommended this hotel.

We had problems last night about ourservicedog but the manager corrected the issue this morning .He apologized for the misunderstanding and came rooyr room personally and refunded the $20 the night clerk had charged and apologized again, i would stay again the room was great , very comfortable.

As an international traverler I have checked into multiple hotels and this has been the only hotel that needed my home address when checking in and even when I gave them my address they couldn't find it as it's different from the American format. Once finally checked in, the room was crawling with bugs. There was also someone else staying on the same floor as us and they had bugs in their room as well. The room my friends were in was fine so we ended up getting moved to another room which was fine but it was an uncomfortable night as I was on edge about the bugs. Bathroom was below average standard. Water pressure was bad. We asked for a refund based on everything that happened during the stay when checking out but we were denied because they moved us to another room and they didn't have a policy for refunds. Also side note, the road in front of this hotel is really smooth and slippery. One miss step and you will fall. I rolled my ankle and wasn't been able to walk properly for a few days. (This was my fault but just a heads up) I do not recommend this place.

Parking a little limited

Absolutely filthy. Comforter had obvious stains. Shower tiles were dirty, hadn't been cleaned. Hallway needed vacuumed like a month ago. The elevator glass was filthy & the laundry area had lint flying everywhere cuz the dryer vent was not connected to anything. Even outside the hotel was littered with trash. I mean take some pride in your business & hire a housekeeper. Absolutely would not recommend or ever stay here again!

Online it’s says this place is pet friendly. Online it also says this location check in at 2. I was told by desk clerk it’s not till 3. I paid 20 $ to check in early. Went to my room two minutes later clerk knocks on door and says no dogs are allowed in rooms you can leave them in the car. Me being polite hey online this is a pet friendly hotel. Clerk my manager said no dogs in room. Than proceeded to tell me they can stay if i pay 20 $ dollars per dog. Tv volume didn’t work. Toilet seat moved when you sat on it. I would never come here again. I don’t think you should either
