The hotel was fine but wifi weak. The customer service was excellent and nurse Joyce was amazing

Nice clean rooms big bathrooms

The room is plenty big enough, new so no problems with that. The bed was uncomfortable for me... I know that is a hit or miss with hotels. AC works good, plenty of hot water (most of the time). Our room was situated near to the night club across the street, so we had very loud dance music until 2am every night [ they did take Monday off]. I probably should have asked to move... but that is kind of a pain... the restaurant... slow and poor service and the food isn't very good. Breakfast buffet was just ok at best. Near the Robinson mall (not sure if that is positive or negative). Nice pool, kids play area and body spa. Does not have service to/from airport. There are about 5 other places i would stay in GenSan over this one.

Excellent hotel with very friendly and helpful staff.

Did not allow late checkout

Refund issue. Theirs is no way you get a refund if you decided to check out early. It’s very unlikely and that’s the way it is as I was told. So if you book for a week or months make sure you have to stay there until you check out unless you’re billionaire and not worry about much of your few spending dollars.

I spent my birthday at the hotel for 2 nights and the staff surprise me with a cake and serenade 2x @ breakfast and dinner , they sent another cake in my room . Such a sweet gesture . They went above and beyond ! It’s my home while in General Santos . Thank you !

Loved the property it was beautiful and the service was amazing.

I had a very pleasant stay in the newest and most modern hotel in this city. The rooms were clean, modern (chagrins stations, mini refrigerator, safety box) and well equipped with all the amenities (slippers water toothbrush lotion coffee). The extensive breakfast buffet with omelette station was a big plus. Thank you to the staff (from Cassiopeia at front desk, to the concierge who brought up my bag) for the great service.

Service is excellent. Everyone in the staff are very helpful. Rooms are nice, large and clean. I would recommend this hotel to anyone and would recommend it to anyone planning to stay in General Santos City

Someone unauthorized stupid hacker who used my credit card beware of those 2 travelers who check in last January 15-17 Catch them They are responsible to pay the bills they used for accommodation in your hotel. I already filed the dispute to whoever they are.

Next to the Robinson mall where the have the customs office
