Second time staying with this chain, really nice, clean, quiet hotel with friendly staff and a good breakfast.

The staff were very helpful and welcoming, and it was very useful to be able to store luggage before checkin and after checkout.

Really nice hotel. Very clean and in an excellent location, one of my favourite parts of Barcelona! Our particular room was very small but was spotlessly clean. The staff were all very friendly and helpful and went above and beyond to help us. The rooftop bar is a perfect addition to the hotel, although it would have been better if it was open past 9pm so that you can see the city all lit up in the dark. All in all a lovely hotel and would recommend and definitely stay there again.

I loved the hotel because it was in a quiet area and the front desk staff was very helpful with directions, taxis, dining recommendations, and suggestions for sightseeing in the area. There was a very nice rooftop bar with a great view. The room was lovely, but TINY. Our friends paid the same price and had an enormous room!

The breakfast was excellent and the price was reasonable considering the quality. The service was perfect. The amenities (balcony & patio) were gorgeous,

A very nice apartment. Great area. Friendly welcome team. There is a noise warning for all guests but nobody to monitor at night. It is VERY noisy.

Great hotel in a great location! Highly recommend.

This property was well located and transportation easily accessible. The room was small and very sparsely furnished. no closet or desk or drawers, only one chair and not even a luggage rack. the lobby was dimly lit in the evening.

They have a rooftop terrace but it's only open 11am-9pm. So you can't see the sunrise or sunset from it nor the city lights at night. There is no complimentary coffee and when you go down to order from the bar they can't add it to your room. It was very inconvenient to have to go up to my room again to get money.

I was very disappointed with my stay. The elevator had a persistent foul smell, and the receptionist was not only unhelpful but also quite arrogant. For the price per night, the overall offering (especially the room) did not match expectations. The bar had minimal service, and overall guest service was lacking. The only positive was the central location, but beyond that, the experience did not justify the cost.

I love the locat of those property. It is close to metro and bus stops but completely walkable to park, major attractions and the beach. The room was clean and the hold staff was very friendly. My only negative was the bed, it was very uncomfortable. I will always look for a Motel One in any locations before booking anywhere else.

Great hotel
