This hotel was just top notch all around. I almost never write reviews bu t I had such a good expyhere I felt I needed to share.

Spacious, clean suites in a great location. Reception staff are friendly and smiley. Rooms are spotlessly clean. Photos are true to how the rooms are. The beds are very firm. Lots of restaurants nearby. Definitely would recommend the Hi Suites. (Be aware, this is the Emblematico Hi Suites - and different from the nearby Emblematico hotel).

We stayed for two nights, as a party of 3, on Jan 4-5 2025. We stayed in a 2-story executive stateroom that was simply breathtaking: full kitchen with dining table, beautiful bathroom, bed on the second floor, 4 balconies around the spacious living room. The lady working at the front office was so nice and helpful, and so was the cleaning staff. The room was very clean and the decor was simply beautiful. The location is ideal and within walking distance of everything you need! We were there for the celebrations of the Three Kings Days and we were so close to the action, as the hotel was just one street corner away from the parade! We would recommend and would 100% come back if we return to Tenerife! Our favorite accomodation we had on the island for sure! Don't hesitate and book!

Large confortable suite with a couch, a full kitchen, king bed, big shower, as central as it can get in Santa cruz. Just perfect.

Incredible gem of a hotel. Comfortable, clean, generously large rooms, tranquil setting. PERFECT!

If arriving by car, check-in is difficult because there is no reception spot or area parking. Room was remodeled and very stylish but the narrow glass lined stairway to the loft bedding is very unpractical to get a suitcase up. Staff was very professional and friendly.
