Staff incredibly helpful to tired and ignorant tourists

We loved our stay.! The staff were extremely friendly and helpful. The rooms were spotless and beds extremely comfortable. And OH.....the rooftop restaurant was incredible. Beautiful views, great drinks and appetizers. And the included breakfast was again, incredible. We would stay here again in a heartbeat! Well done Hotel L'Orologio!

Loved the location because we could walk to most of the sights we wanted to see. We also enjoyed the rooftop bar. The breakfast was nice too.

Our first visit to Rome travelling as a couple on holiday…so pleased we found this amazing hotel. Great location - easy to walk, amazing food choices, close to attractions. The staff were amazing and arranged everything. Breakfast included every morning with amazing rooftop views of the city. We also had drinks and dinner at the rooftop restaurant which was great. The hotel is so clean, lovely furnishings, lovely vibe and especially thank you to every one of the staff.

Unfortunately there isn’t a bar available in the lounge area and we had to change rooms due to an odour from the drains, saying that the staff dealt with it very quickly. Good location and friendly atmosphere. Beds were very comfortable and linen good quality.

Endroit extraordinaire, très central, qui permet de tout visiter à pied. Plusieurs lignes de bus passent et arrêtent juste à côté de l’hôtel, ce qui est très pratique pour partir à la découverte de la ville. Le buffet déjeuner était très généreux, varié et complet. Notre chambre était très silencieuse (elle donnait sur l’arrière de l’hôtel) et nettoyée tous les jours. Notre vol vers Rome arrivait tôt le matin. Nous nous sommes tout de suite rendus à l’hôtel (bien avant le Check-in) et avons pu y laisser nos valises au bagagiste et partir à la découverte du quartier. Cet endroit est un vrai must !

We loved everything about this place. The location was perfect and the breakfast was the best we had in Italy.

Our stay at Hotel l’Orologio Roma was delightful. You can’t get a better location - perfectly placed in the center to walk to all the sights (Colosseum, Pantheon, Trastevere, Vatican, Spanish Steps & Villa Borghese gardens). It’s on a busy street in a busy metropolitan city so those who worry about sound could bring earplugs or white noise, but we didn’t have any issue with noise even on the 2nd floor. Our room was beautiful, kept meticulously clean, the breakfast was wonderful in an unbeatable rooftop lounge location. All the staff we interacted with during our 5 night stay were kind, helpful & cheerful. Nothing but good things to say about this gem of a hotel.
