Good location, paid for parking available although we didn't use it. Staff friendly enough. The photos of the rooms on Expedia don't reflect the rooms, or at least the one we had. Our room on the first floor facing the car park smelt of cigarettes, possibly from people smoking directly downstairs. There are some seatings to the front of the hotel where smoking is permitted so you always walk in to the smell of it. When someone came to clean our room, they knocked over many of the items in the bathroom including the toothbrushes which were all left for us to pick up. Our room had a pod coffee machine and paper cups, not very environmentally conscious. There are other places in town I would try next time, especially for the price we paid for our stay.

Overall a great stay..quiet place and closer to city center..

Had a really lovely stay, comfortable, quiet, relaxing. Check in and check out was smooth and efficient. They made an effort to speak our own language the staff were so friendly and welcoming. Only area for improvement would be a separate shower bathroom, as it was a wet room shower over the toilet. Would definitely recommend.

Our stay was very good, The staff were great and helpful. the reason for the poor result was that one side of the bed was different than the other, it was like lying on a water bed. very uncomfortable. other than that great.

Very good location in the middle of the Centre. Friendly and helpful staff. Rooms very clean and very good breakfast.

Overall good. Breakfast great. Just the woman serving was more busy with herself than her work.

This hotel is fabulous 10 out of 10 in every way for us a very special place decor is gorgeous and lovely breakfast was served in the dining room we loved it

The hotel was great - but there is some construction going on in the square in front of the hotel - a bit noisy, but beyond the hotel's control. Location perfect to visit the castle, caves and terraces.

Wish there was a gym / fitness center

This hotel was great value for money, the reception is quite grand but the corridors could live up to so much more if the were decorated a little more contemporary..... clean room awesome shower comfy bed lots of room, breakfast was good. Would stay again no problems. Staff were very pleasant. WiFi was borderline ok, managed to stream Netflix barely

Very pleasant town, plenty to see

The hotel is in a quiet location, but within walking distance of many restaurants and pubs. Staff are great and we enjoyed the bar, too. We would stay here again.

The facility is located just off the walking mall and the sidewalk cafe area. The hotel also has it's own outdoor dining patio. Most of Valkenburg's activities are within easy walking distance from the hotel. The rooms are large by European standards. You can move easily around with out stumbling over the bed. The meals in the restaurant are in the $$ to $$$ price range, the quality & service are worth the price.

Treated my daughter & 2 granddaughters to a 3 country experience, 3 different countries with-in an hour driving time.

Heerlijk weekend gehad. Nette schone kamer. Geheel voldaan aan de door ons gevraagde voorkeuren. Goed ontbijt. Kortom alle reden om weer gauw terug te gaan
