This was by far our worst stay of our trip, This is not a 4 star hotel, The TV was very outdated, the shower head had no pressure, the shower curtain had mold and the pole had rust, the toilet leaked. The front desk ladies would fall asleep, awful service. The key cards would deactivate every day and every day I had to make a second trip to the lobby to get them activated, the main elevators were out of service, the area around the hotel was sketchy and dirty along with homeless but hey at least they had a security guard. They decided to have construction going in the lobby which raised so much dust during the world cup? That was unbelievable to me. The hallway carpets are so old they smelled. This might have been a 4 star hotel back in the 80s but now they dont even get to 2 stars in my opinion. The only ones who provided a good service were the bell boys and cleaning ladies. The restaurant was awful. Its supposed to be open 24/7 from what they told us at arrival and yet it closed a day we were there. We were also only given the option of free breakfast for 1 day which was odd to me as I felt it was advertised as free daily breakfast. I would never stay here again if I return to Monterrey in the future nor tell anyone about it.

Overpriced for the service

Staff is great and the rooms are clean. They have a restaurant that serves great food at a good price. Room service included. I would give this Hotel a 4 stars.

My 3rd time staying at this hotel. Best attribute is its location, veey central to things in Monterrey. Maids regularly come and clean the room everyday faithful. That being said its a older hotel thats in need of remodeling of all its facilities. Staff is friendly and accommodating of your request as best as possible per hotel policy. Security is very good around the hotel. Large bus station across from hotel so again a good location and rail system. If i had one complaint it is that i request the in room safe to be repaired or move me to another room. That never happened on my stay this past time. Overal 3.5-4stars

Old, dingy and smelly

Esta frente a central de autobuses, tiene acceso a taxis y metro. Buen precio. El baño DEMASIADO pequeño. Poco papel sanitario y toallas.

My hotel reservation has been a problem that is still unresolved. This is the reason for the lower rating. Set my reservation, missed my initial check in due flight issues, arrived the next day. My reservation was gone and the hotel not hotels.com could tell me why. Other then it was left up to the hotel to decide and the person who handles that was not available. The hotel was able to accommodate me for the remainder of my stay but I need to book the new reservation through the hotel directly at basically the same rate. Otherwise the hotel facilities and amenities are as I expected very basic , clean, and central located in the city with nearby access to things I need for my trip. O overall 2/5 stars.

The Rooms were NOTHING like they showed at their pics,the hotel is a ghetto área,next to cantinas and brothels,the included breakfast is discusting,no brand cereal and yogurt,not even for a dog,parking is a nightmare you need to let them know so they can go and open the door everytime and is behind the hotel,right in front of the local bus station,I would not recomend this hotel and for that price i could have had something better , i trusted the pics. The only good thing is that there are convenience stores and pharmacy 2 steps away other than that , stay away from this hotel, the guys at the door we very helpful
