Awesome stay! Best location you could hope for in Rouen. The elevator is crazy!

Room was ready and clean when we arrived. We had a great corner room 2 floors above the Paul brasserie and across from the cathedral. The staff was helpful and pleasent. Tip: For parking, they suggested the paid parking lots, but we found cheaper by finding street parking where it is free on Sundays and is only enforced from 9 am to 7 pm Monday-Saturday. We arrived on Sunday and left at 10 am on a Monday, so we only had to pay for one hour for a couple of euros. The lots, on the other hand, are much more expensive: 1 hour: €3.40, 2 hours: €5.70, 3 hours: €6.90, 24 hours: €16.90 Tip: We were told many restaurants in the center of town were closed on Sundays, but the Paul brasserie downstairs was open late, reasonably priced and served good food.

The staff were very helpful. Room would have benefitted from tea and coffee facilities.

The room was tiny, without any decoration, just bare walls. It felt like we were staying at a monastery. We chose the hotel for the location, right on the cathedral square. We had warning that there’s no parking at the hotel, but no warning that it’s completely inaccessible by car. I had to park five blocks away and walk to the hotel to check in, and ask for instructions where to park. The closest public parking structure, at the Cathedral Parking, was very difficult to find. Don’t count on Google Maps telling you how to get there. And then we had to haul our luggage from the parking to the hotel.

Breakfast was perfect. Location is incredible and within walking distance to everything. Room was wonderful overlooking the cathedral!

Location, location, location! This hotel is right on the square of the cathedral with a gorgeous view from our balcony. Highly recommend!

Wonderful location with views of the cathedral. Insufficient desk coverage - most of the time no one staffed the front desk. If needing help guests had to call staff. Only bath towels were available. There was no hair dryer available. Did not purchase breakfast. Would not recommend this to friends and would not stay again if we visited Rouen.

Great balcony corner views from our Room #10. The Christmas market had started the day we arrived and it snowed that night (in late November). Complete with the imposing sight of the Notre Dame Cathedral, it was a near perfect stay in Rouen.

The hotel’s location could not have been better - directly across the plaza from the Cathedral.

This hotel offered a welcoming atmosphere. The owner who was on the property was very attentive and helpful. It is situated near everything! Loved it! Definitely going back!

I highly recommend this hotel. Very quiet, very clean, lovely room with modern finishes and balcony facing the cathedral. Check in and check out experience was easy. Bed super comfortable.

The hotel is in an ideal location right next to the cathedral. However, the rooms smell like mildew. I think the bathroom drains need to be cleaned. The sheets also smelled like mildew so perhaps the washing machine needs to be cleaned.

Great location, in the old town right next to bars, cafes, and the beach. A little noisy, since right under a restaurant/bar. But it was worth it to be so close to everything.

The hotel manager was amazing Very nice Super accommodating Lent us an umbrella and called us a cab- then waited to make sure we got the cab👍
