I enjoyed the service I received from the staff, as well as the help with my suitcase up the stairs to my room. I loved the comfortable bed! Breakfast was limited, but adequate.

Very good place to stay. The room was big and clean and comfortable. There are complimentary teas, but also, everything you need to make mate (cup, herb, spoon, kettle). I got to make and drink my first mate at this hotel, so the experience was a special one for me. There is a large pool outside, and plenty of parking. The cute friendly dog was a nice little bonus too. Would absolutely stay here again.

The hotel building was great. With many local features they made you feel you were in Misiones.-

The hotel was very nice, comfortable, I just didn't like the room smell, I believe they can improve it. also they had a power blackout and their power generator didn't workout or they didn't have one, I don't really know, but the problem is that made our checkout delayed. the breakfast was very good and the stuff friendly.

Conveniently located near to the airport and only stayed one night. The room was large but not much else I can comp;iment to hotel on. The room smelt of damp and rather on the worn out side. The pool was in a great need of cleaning, green stuff floating on the pool surface.

Our first room was infested with mosquitoes! Second room had weak internet. Room service was incorrect - twice. Housekeeping forgot to do our room. Air conditioner was broken.

Everything was great ! The room and services were excellent! The restaurant is very nice and the food was very good. I was going to Iguazu Falls with my family. The hotel is on the road, outside the city. The location may be not good for those who want to stay in Posadas and don't have a car

The hotel was clearly newly renovated and the staff was friendly enough, but they just couldn't get it right. First we ordered room service and the item was sent incorrectly, TWICE. Then, after I specifically advised the front desk not to charge my credit card because I would be paying cash at check-out, they charged my card. Also the hotel is far away from the town center and tourist areas and is on the main route and not near anything nice. Don't get me wrong I realize that where the town is and that it is a modest town, but I would still have preferred to be in the center of things and with a little more attention to detail for the price I paid, which is no small amount in this area.

O hotel está precisando passar por reformas, acredito que no passado tenha sido um hotel de alto nível. As piscinas não utilizei, porque além de frio, uma estava vazia. Uma boa academia e os quartos são muito espaçosos e a cama muito confortável. O pessoal da recepção foram amáveis e prestativos. O café da manhã precisa melhorar, é simples mas poderia ser melhor.

Olá a todos No geral a estadia foi boa Pontos de melhoria são os Colchões, ja venceu a validade, a a reposição da alimentação no cafe da manhã Comp estrangeiros, nao pagamos o IVA, assim a diária foi bem em conta Os pratos do jantar são bons e é uma opção para quem nao quer jantar na Costaneira É uma opção considerável para quando decidirmos retornar a Posadas Um abraço

Hotel antigo. Cafe bem fraco. Quartos razoável Elevador sem cndicoes de uso.

Deixou a desejar pela qualidade do quarto! Cheiro de mofo! Toalhas sujas! Lençóis sujos! Banheiro em más condições de uso!

Quarto com cheiro de mofo, mal iluminado e atendimento péssimo!

Personnel aimable et serviable. Petit déjeuner ok. Mais l'hôtel est très daté, en mauvaise condition. Emplacement pratique entre station de bus et aéroport mais sur axe routier principal.
