I loved this hotel. It was such a spacious, clean and well laid out suite. There was a lovely large bathroom with a separate enclosed toilet area which was very useful.
You are literally right on the shingled lovely beach and treated to wonderful views of the Brac Channel. The staff were very friendly and helpful and cared about our pleasure and satisfaction.
You definitely need beach shoes, as with most shingle beaches, especially in this part of the world. The water still a bit too cold for me at the end of May though the husband was happily in it for an hour a go.
The only disappointing thing about this hotel was the half board offer. The food itself is very nice and typically Croatian. However, the half board option means that you are given a much more limited 'canteen' budget version of the real menu. Lovely food, but limited choices and repetitive; e.g. panna cotta offered three or four times in one week, usually as the only option for dessert. It's still 4 courses - 2 options for soup (traditional); fish, chicken or pasta for main, 2 salad (tomato based) choices, one dessert, sometimes two. For full dining enjoyment if you're staying for more than a couple of nights, prepare to pay more and eat off the menu or drive to the local restaurants. Breakfast was fine, a nice mix of hot, cold and continental options.
What I truly loved about the hotel, besides direct beach access, was the view from the balcony. I could sit there all day enjoying the Adriatic views.
