Great location

We planned our trip around our daughter's 8th grade trip and hoped to complete the day with city lights. The Hyatt Centric surprised us with a fantastic,10th floor view of the cityscape, including the capitol. The receptionist was extra courteous, the music-themed room was luxurious (of course), and the location all added to our family vacation happy memories.

I enjoy my night.

Nice hotel, clean and friendly staff but they have to do something about rooms near elevators. My door was literally 3ft from the elevator and same floor as their “rooftop” bar. So it was loud constantly. Didn’t get a good night of rest during my whole visit unfortunately.

Nice updated hotel in a historic building. Rooms generally large, clean and comfortable.

Easy check in and valet parking. The most my family and I loved was the restaurant service, we got there late and kitchen was about to close but Jaiden the waitress she still let us have dinner that is a 5 star restaurant make the guest feel the love like in home God bless Jaiden thank you so much❤️

We are not happy with this hotel. We checked out without any issues. However, next day we received a text message from our bank telling us there is a new $5 charge to us from this hotel. We called the hotel immediately to clarify this additional charge. The manager of this hotel explained to us that this charge is due to consumption of the non-free bottle water In room. We told them we did not touch the hotel’s bottle water. The manager said to me that he will look into it and call me back. Several days passed no news from them and they did not refund it, indeed charged. $5 is not big money but it reflects bad integrity of this hotel. $5 is small amount to your individual customers but it will be a good amount if you make $5 this way from each of your customers. In here we would not like to say Do Not Choose This Hotel. Instead we would say choose it cautiously and watch out your payment!

Amazing staff working the front desk. We got there ealier then are checking time and thwy had a room available for us immediately. Very clean and ample space.

Location and ease of access to Golden 1 and to Old Town was wonderful. Parking fee was a little steep but to be expected in downtown. Valet staff were friendly and kind to someone with no prior valet experience (Great Job!). Dinner at 7th St. Standard was amazing. Overall wonderful stay and trip.

The hotel was ok. It was $350 for the night. for that price, I would expect a parking garage. there was no parking other than valet. there was no coffee in the morning. the room was small. it was just ok.

Awesome location and everything is easily walkable. Hotel is very clean and updated. Multiple places to eat nearby as well as in the hotel itself.
